[0002] Homesickness?

The current story arc started with this strip: A Sly Raccoon.
- Sandra: I’m back from school!
- Richard: That’s goo… uhm… what’s this raccoon doing in our house?
- Sandra: He’s an escaped pet. I found him on my way home.
- Richard: Then let’s take him back to his owner as fast as possible before he makes himself at home in our attic. I’m sure the little bandit is looking forward to seeing his owner again.
- Woo: !
- Sandra: I wouldn’t be so sure about that, Daddy…
That’s not a good sign! 🙁
Woo’s expression in the second panel: ABSOLUTELY ADORABLE
LOL Carmelita is still looking for him? 😛
Homesickness… He doesn’t have it.
I guess there are many reasons why a pet would run away from home.
Poor Raccoon. What did his owner do to him???
This page may have the cutest Woo ever. Which really says something.
Love the contrast and style. BTW, may I ask what kind of English font you used on this strip? Thnx.
It’s weird, Woo looks better drawn here in the first pages than later with the new “design”. Or at least looks a lot more cute here :3
XP Why’s it always the nicest animals that end up with the worst owners? The best cats and dogs I know are always the ones who were abused before being taken in my someone else. People should seriously be tested for idiocy and cruelty before being allowed to take responsibility for another’s life…
If he has homesickness he should call his mom on the phone to make him feel better.
[Easy EarthBound reference] :]
I find this “old design” of Woo way more cute than the one he has now. And it’s not like it changed because the artist got better, because you can see since day one that everything is so damn perfect!
@ Mak:
And after reading the comments I realize I said the same thing a few months ago. D’oh!
I can tell already this is going to be awesome. Cute raccoons, expressive faces, and emotional scenes!
Woo looks so adorable in this one.
Wow. Read this strip then read the latest strip. The styles of the characters have changed a LOT, especially Woo, but the kids too!
Is it just me, or do Sandra and Woo look a bit young in these older strips?
@ Ajedi32:
This is because they WERE younger. Time actually flows in this comic.
@ Mader:
D: does this mean woo will die at some point?
Better yet. Does that mean we may actually see Sandra and [character not introduced yet] potentially go to college and/or have a marriage?
Hey!
There will be the new Warcraft episode check out the fan site

Slowly, very slowly. From 2008 when this strip was published, until 2017 the characters have gone from 11 to 13, so from day to day one hardly notices.

At the rate this strip moves, that is the least of the worries. Pet raccoons can to 30. See my previous comment on the speed this strip moves, most of will be dead even if the strip is still extant.
He has an excellent life for a raccoon and .
