I’m asuming she’s not actually gonna inject in the arm, seeing as if you have diabetes you inject in the stomach or thigh.
I sometimes creep people out by pretending to do it in the arm though, so maybe she’s just jocking around

It is possible that people may not always be able to discern between a low and a high on feeling alone as it does share some of the symptoms, thus the importance of the prick test and meter reading to tell what the glucose concentration is.
