I agree with above. I was busy for a couple months and loss track of the strip, so when I look at it in this context it seems like Larissa is countering Sandra’s advances, and with far less agression (ice cream and a book versus taking Cloud on a vacation) but with perhaps more accuracy. It makes me wonder if Larissa is really interest in Cloud, or if she’s just being a chaotic meddler.

The possibly unnecessary(maybe not) arm movements bring to mind Virtua Quest. Otherwise I feel Sandra will eventually confront Larisa about this matter of arm swinging.

trust me, been there Sandra, Larissa is Miss Russian style evil, I think we now have a very cold war coming, either that or Larissa going up to Sandra and asking whats up. in my experience, the guy likes you more, but you need to be more aggressive, Tifa kicks aerith’s rear anyday, just make sure it is an actuall problem first.

Forget the hand motions and the panels, I have one problem with the strip. Unless this is a different day, our ponytailed girl has changed from dress to pants. Inconsistency there.

Anyway,I agree with the general consensus,Sandra just needs to be more assertive.If she likes Cloud,she needs to step up her game.Then again that depends if he returns the sentiment.

Novil be proud, you know your work is a masterpiece when people stop talking about it and start talking to it.
“You know girl, your smile might be dumb but your taste in dress and fashion are pretty good” (to Yoconda, Mona Lissa, etc,,)
“Stop crying for god´s sake woman” (to Lischestein´comic paintings)
“you are doing it wrong” (to rodin´s the dancer)
“the guy likes you more, but you need to be more aggressive” (to sandra)
I think the game Larissa is playing is half true half lie, Myself being Chaotic Good in every game I play. I kinda like see how ting burns (not to set them on fire) in fact thuersday I hide in University while a Bomb Threat just to see if the cops failed in disarming the thing, at the end the hole thing was a big pratical joke, I was happy of course, but why cant I be in some place when somenthing goes PUM BOOM!.
Anyways yesterday my parents where in a car accident, my dad was ok and my mom was unconcious till today, she is fine now. Of course I reread the whole comic, thannks for make some awsome real characters Novil.
PD: Is Larissa developing a plan? as “are you jealous? so stop beeing a fool and tell him/her!” plan. bipolar/schizoid/sociopats and Chaotics aligneaments tend to that sort of thing,

@Cold Fusion: I was thinking maybe she was describing a prank she was planning to pull on Cloud (without telling him that he’s the target), but your idea is much funnier than mine.
Sandra just needs to go find Larissa somebody/thing else to be interested in. Like a recipe for black powder, or a stack of cream pies. Then give Cloud a milkshake and everybody can be happy. (Well, except perhaps Larissa’s parents after she starts playing with her newly made “happy powder”).
Some interesting ideas in this discussion what’s going to happen next, but I still like my version the most
since it includes some serious character development and not just some wacky jokes about explosives.
