Sometimes, Sandra and Woo strays onto autobiographical grounds. 😀
- Cloud: Will you sit down and behave yourselves already!?
- Cloud: The other customers are staring!
- Ye Thuza: I’m a saber-toothed squirrel!
- David: I cast “Fork Shield” to protect my nut cake. It’s super effective!
- Cloud: It’s impossible to go anywhere with you two!

HA! you just made my day even better then before! <3
i love family outings. unfortunately my parents are always too busy keeping us kids IN line to get OUT of line themselves. needless to say, though, rock-paper-skissors ALWAYS chooses the person to cover the tab! <3
@ Gerardo Tejada:
Or in this kind of comic strip format, more like a Haiku?
@ Izzy P:
You mean “embarassing” ? 😉
@ Gerardo Tejada:
Yes I agree on that sir. Didn’ argue about it being a great effect, but that most ppl automatically spoil their surprise cuz they look at the end even if they don’ want to.
What comic does your friend make? 🙂
@ Astragali:
Wow did I just help another artist? :O Yaaay! I’ll be watchin ye’re works from now so don’ forget this. 😉
Yeah, that’s the sort of relationship that I dream of having.

its a comic get over yourself if you wanted serious read the news but dont complain about a comic about a talking raccoonto be serious i mean sure this comic has some serious points but if it was seriuos all the time it just end up as another political cartoon so just sit back relax and enjoy life for the short amount of time we are able to spend on this planet unless your the kind of person who gets off trolling then your commets are just going to be ignored anyway
ouch spelling errors wish there was a edit option
XD
Wow. It’s scary how much that reminds me of my parents.
@ Landbark:
You got 40 negative responses just for stating your honest opinion?
Holy cow that’s an uptight crowd.
Your comment was censored and I only saw it when other people commented on it. I figured you were bashing people or saying something hateful, (like a racist statement or such,) or at the very least libelous, not just an honest “I didn’t think it was funny.”
I mean sure, this may be my personal favorite strip the comic has made so far, but there’s no way I can say that people are bad for not liking it. Since when are people not allowed to have their own opinion?
Actually, it’s the same with my Dad and Stepmother… It’s best just to join in with the insanity…
I’d love to have such parents…
Just found this the other day, and have been loving it, especially in my worst moments of insomnia … almost caught up!!
I have to say, this is EXACTLY the sort of thing my mother can, did and does do in public! The fancier the restaurant or venue, the more likely she is to, too. I am frequently heard admonishing her, “Mother, PLEASE!”
Did I mention I’m a grown woman and a mother myself? My kids think it’s hilarious what their Nunny gets up to. It’s frustrating. xP
They’re too young for ME to embarass them yet … but their day is coming, believe me, it’s coming!!!!
Best… parents… ever, I can only hope to become just like them
You know, this is how I firstly was introduced to the “Sandra and Woo” comic… I saw it when it said, ” I’m a saber-toothed squirrel! I cast “Fork Shield” to protect my nut cake. It’s super effective!”
just FYI, defensive moves in pokemon ignore type, just increase defense or (potentially) make you dodge the attack. still i suppose with the it’s super effective it’s funnier.
……..BAHAHAHAHA–
Reminds me of my 5-year-old sister and my 10-year-old brother with a form of autism.
They’ll grab light sabers and various character masks and start fighting. If Samson gets touched, he gets aggressive and draws back a fist while aiming with the other hand if he doesn’t lay a hand on her. If he does, then my other 10-year brother starts freaking out, which embarrasses me even more.
I know,art imitating life. @ El Richardo:
Ugh. Nutcake? …. Seriously?
Can’t say as this is particularly familiar to me… but then I was raised by one parent and cats, and we were too poor to eat out. Ever.
@ Power_Pal:
Two of my favorite things! Well, not so much Pokemon anymore, but totally World of Warcraft.
I think they’re a perfect couple. I would like to have a lady like that someday.
@ Hoheh:
You’d never think the ninja kid named after a Final Fantasy character would be the normal one in his family
This is one of my favorite comics in the series. References FTW!
And I’m here noticing that Yuna also looks unbelievably embarrassed by this…
