- Zoey: Frankly, I don’t think penises are that important.
- Larisa: Yeah, well, you know, that’s just, like, your opinion, girl.
- Larisa: Don’t get me wrong. I have nothing against lesbians. The way I see it, there can’t be enough of them!
- Zoey: Really?
- Larisa: Sure! The more lesbians, the less competition for the hottest boys!
- Zoey: I never looked at it that way.
- Larisa: Gay guys on the other hand…!

wow, this joke was actually called in the comments last page – maybe we’re just understanding Larissa all too well nowadays
@ shadowhammer123:
well that’s Larisa’s logic for you ^^ but it’s alright, at least she doesn’t hate lessies (all the contrary)… too bad they keep teasing us -.- come on, stop trolling Zoey and tell her your ‘proper’ secret already!
Heh. I can imagine the counterpart. A guy saying “gay guys are ok! they left more women for us. Lesbians on the other hand…”
A yaoi fangirl she is not.
@ DrCatco:
…aren’t that bad if they at least let us watch.
What? Did you expect differently?
…I think whoever let Larisa see The Big Lebowski will one day have a lot to answer for.
This was actually called in the previous strip’s comments page.
Ladies and Gentlemen: Larisa. She’s one of a kind.
And thank goodness for that.
Now I feel the exact opposite. Oh well, can’t agree on everything.
I see Larisa has her priorities “straight” … *ba dum psshh*
@ DrCatco:
Yes, there are indeed guys that say that.
Larisa shouldn’t denigrate the comfort that the ultimate in non-threatening objects of affection can bring to the female population. That cute gay guy might never be yours, but no other girl is going to swoop in and grab him either!
And as for you, Zoey, if you’re assuming that its importance in a person’s life is down to desire, try being attached to one…
Cloud: ….
Wow, she makes a really good point.
I’m putting my money on the big reveal being that Larisa would kiss Zoey, just to fuck with her head.

Somehow I am green with anvy about Larisa´s boyfriend… yeah well I could teach her maths instead of him.

if Larisa planned that she would have done it already, then she’ll keep trolling with her meme face ;/

“But gay guys on the other hand…”
Oh no, I knew she had something against me XD
This is actually the same reason that I, a male, hate the idea of lesbians.
I bet there’s a few boys who wish Larissa was a few years older with that outlook…
and a few who are glad THEY’LL be the right age when she gets there.
So in the end it all balances out, no? 😉
OK, that is not really Mutch of a surprize
Intentional or not, Larisa’s doing a pretty nice job of cheering up Zoey. 🙂
This is one of the things I have used to get try to convince people to accept gays. And research has shown woman are less likely than men to be 100% one way or the other.
@ Spikes:
Hahah ahahahhahah ahah ah… You’ll burn for that one. >:J
Yep, this is classic Larissa. Now for her big reveal.
@ Raen:
Dude!
Lol if one bit of philosophic perception skewing at the right time Is ‘the big reveal’.
This is my boyfriends original opinion on gays.the first time someone told him two guys could like each other his first thought was ‘less competition’
Then there’s the school of thought which says that if you have to compete for affection, you’ve already lost…
surprised she doesn’t like gay guys. but she’s got actual valid reasons. that’s 2 penises wasted!

lets just hope she has nothing against us bisex girls… Dx
Larisa has had many great facial expressions in this story arc. Just a great range of emotions.
@ Osaru Sensei:
I guess she gives you a pass since you thin out the competition, even if you still share her “interests”.
Bit of a double standard, isn’t it, Larisa? Disliking gay guys because they have the same taste in men that you do?

I love those additional panels in the first link. 😉
Well as a gay guy i must say:
Back OFF Larissa! You can’t have all the hot guys for yourself 😉
If a real lesbian were to say that, I’d honestly think she just needs to get laid by a guy first then think about that statement again.
i dated a lesbian once…we both wound up trying to pick up women!
Always seeing the good in everything….
“Larisa: Sure! The more lesbians, the less competition for the hottest boys!”
I’m glad Larissa can see the positive side of things, that seems to prevent a lot of sorrows and disappointments for others 😀
Malcadon wrote:
glad to know you like them 🙂 sorry for the double post though, i had to fix the links the second time… i didnt quote them correctly at first, is there a way to erase my post or Novil is the only one who can?
More Lesbians means less competition for straight girls and more variety for gay girls! Everybody’s happy when there’s sexual diversity (in only one sex)!
Adding insult to injury. When your girlfriend dumps you for your sister.
*shrug* I lost seventy pounds in the last two years and put on six pounds of muscle. Add that to the fact that I’m verifiably cute, and I get five or six gay guys a day “accidentally” bump into me in line at Starbucks or the bus, act theatrically apologetic and try and start a conversation with me. That’s fine. It’s flattering. But the predatory assholes and the creepy stalking-ass guys make me want to crack every male homosexual I see in the mouth.
I’ll tell you what, though–solidarity with the lesbians. Neither of us likes being hit on by guys.

In fact it would be best, if everyone was just bi.
Everyone would be happy, and population growth would be halved!
Who would have thought Larissa would be so good at reassuring people?
@ the spleen:
I understand perfectly, I’m bi and am distinctly uncomfortable with the idea of ANYONE (outside my immediate family) not being attracted to me. It’s weird. It’s not that I honestly expect to sleep with that many people, but the idea that they find me not sexy because of my genitalia or the fact that I’m pretty non-androgynous vaguely bothers me. Not that we can’t all just get over it. Just dat narcissistic brotherhood .
all i have to say is .
.
.
.
.does it matter?
Wow. Strange, I was expecting more of a sympathetic side to Larissa to come up first, and then the crazy awesome side. I wonder if that’s going to shift directions or if the next few panels are gonna be like this
@ Christopher:
Lesbians, on the other hand, are really fucking sick of the ‘can i watch’ joke.
Seriously, please never say this to a girl who has come out to you or if you see a lesbian couple around, it’s just creepy
I agree heartily with Zoey, penises are definitely not my priority in a relationship. Their importance is way overemphasized.
It’s funny how Larisa actually is helping Zoey. Nothing Lara’s going to say can bring Zoey back to “waaah girl I like called me a gay lesbo”, and even if she returns there on her own, Larisa’ll distract her again.
Zoey’s expression on the last panel was not that of someone who’s angsty and depressed (=
