In these times of dire need, we men do the unthinkable…we use the women’s bathroom. It’s a lot nicer in there than the boy’s bathroom, so I honestly don’t mind.

Now this is just getting ridiculous. This is too cartoony, even for parody. Must be a dream sequence or something.
Well, she has crossed over from equality warrior to sexist pig in one comic. Granted, I didn’t like her before, but now I just hate her. Shutting down the boys’ restroom? Now that’s just inhumane!
“[boys] expose their privates Inches away from the better sex”? What is she on about? Mens’ washrooms exist precisely so that this doesn’t happen.
So are they supposed to go to the ladies? She sounds like an extreme feminist (feminist means equal rights for both sexes, but some women take it too far :/)
I’m not sure where this is going. Color me cautious.

Also is it just me or does it feel like Cloud is being drawn subtly older looking than he was in his last appearance? It could just be that he looks taller standing next to that crazy lady. I love how the characters are indeed aging even if it’s slowly.

She is being very extreme because she sees females as superior a.k.a. as the better sex and sees herself as a feminist though she is not, she is being unfair to males. Some ideas have logical fallacies that can’t be seen as easily with foresight than with hindsight e.g. that guys will just enter the girl’s room instead because they aren’t stupid.

She shouldn’t have done that. Firstly, public buildings are required to provide toilet facilities… and secondly, Boys’ Toilets are usually so repulsive that you wouldn’t want to set foot in them anyway, so she’s wasted effort and materials. Oh, and just inches away, Ms. Cambridge?

Having cleaned BOTH bathroom types I would disagree. Often as not the “ladies room” was nastier and the graffiti more graphic and spiteful. Honest.

I actually think, as it goes, this is closest to representing what some of us refer to as TERFs, trans-exclusive radical feminists. They are pretty much a blight on the world, think anything with a penis is evil, transpeople especially so, and… Yeah. She pretty much fits the bill. It is a segment of feminism even radbid (though admittedly trans, so biased, I guess. 😛 ) feminists like myself abhor. They really are the other end from the equality-feminists into the women-are-better-and-magic realm. I suspected it last comic, this one pretty much confirms it. The kind of radfems who spell it womyn and hold special concerts that noone who’s ever even SEEN a penis is truly welcomed. 😉

Off topic, is there a way to subscribe to comments on a strip, or to replies/messages aimed at you? Sometimes I post, someone replies, and I don’t notice for forever because I don’t think to check (I read the comic via RSS so only usually hit the site at updates. This calls for over the top ironic vengeance. I seem to recall the North family having some expertise in that area.
I don’t get why Cloud is so worried.. All he has to do is skirt around the outside of the building, pry the window to the boy’s room open, ninja his way inside while leaving a handy rope ladder available for the less nimble to follow, and all’s well in the world.
All else fails, start finding empty softdrink bottles to top up and leave on her desk with anonymous messages..

..okay, absolutely everything else in this comic, I’ve been able to roll with, but how does this woman have the authority to close the boy’s room?! Last time I checked, schools can’t do that to ‘any’ room unless there’s something hazardous to the health of the students that can’t be dealt with immediately, like a gas leak, or structural damage. And even then, it wouldn’t take much for a court to demand the school provide a boy’s bathroom.

Tbh in old kingdoms like the Chinese Empire no one give a damn about colours and sexuality. Red is worn for bride and groom. Purple was worn by royalties both male and female because the dye was expensive. White was worn for mourning etc etc.
