Update [28 October 2014]: I made two minor improvements to the track list.
- Dr. Larisa Kropotkin: Still won’t blow the whistle on your accomplices, huh?
- Sandrine West: Never!
- Dr. Larisa Kropotkin: You certainly know that the eighth amendment to the constitution forbids “cruel and unusual punishments.”
- Dr. Larisa Kropotkin: However it doesn’t say anything about banning cruel and unusual interrogation methods!
- Dr. Larisa Kropotkin: Mr. Wu, the CD, please.
- Sandrine West: ?
- Sandrine West: You guys aren’t humans, you’re monsters!
- CD: C.I.A. Compilation, vol. 3
1) Symphony of Crying Babies (10 min)
2) Baha Men: Who Let the Dogs Out? [Special Extended Version]
3) Justin Bieber: Smells Like Teen Spirit
4) Microphone Feedback, High-pitched and EXTRA LOUD (10 min)
5) Ylvis: What Does the Fox Say? [Polka Remix]
6) Carly Rae Jepsen: Lose Yourself
7) Fingernails on a Wet Blackboard (10 min)
8) Eiffel 65: Blue (Da Ba Dee) [Speed Up Version]
9) Rebecca Black: Sweet Child o’ Mine
Damn you for making me Google how many of those were real!
@ ░▒▓█│【Walkman】│█▓▒░:
I agree, Polka-Fox sounds awesome. Anyone got Weird Al’s phone number?
@ PaladinVII:
Take this one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n103GG5fwYw :))
@ Bruce:
Muss denn alles einen Sinn haben? Man kann doch auch mal einfach nur rumblödeln.
Lamb Chop’s Play Along song
(10hours) Lamb chop song that never ends: http://youtu.be/0U2zJOryHKQ
The original Hampster Dance circa 1997 (hamsters danc…: http://youtu.be/6WpMlwVwydo
(note: in test subjects 2 outcomes were noted:
(1) severe apoplectic rage accompanied by physical pain across subject’s entire body
(2) apparent positive reaction (manic laughter) which doesn’t stop but intensifies out of the control of the subject. Audio must be stopped to allow subject to breath in between fits of involuntary laughter.
Group 2 is more susceptible to suggestion)

Looping Shatner’s “Mr. Tambourine Man” alone is sufficient to do the job.
No Anaconda “extra length? I am disappointed in your choice of torture methods.
I wouldn’t have lasted past #3!
Why are you guys saying The Fox doesn’t have that remix? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n103GG5fwYw
I’m not a polka expert, but if the group’s called “Polkaholix” that should be good enough.
@ CptNerd:
Nails on a chalkboard and grinding molars on wood for 10 hours. I’d see her screaming “I’ll talk!” within the first ten minutes.
So which Rebecca Black, the Friday version or the new version?
I am not her fan but she said that she was ashamed of her Friday video.
Either that or she still sucks.
The constitution doesn’t, but the Warsaw Pact sure as hell does 😛
@ Bruce:
It’s a sub-arc. It isn’t directly related to the main arc.
I love this one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n103GG5fwYw
The polka fox is real! And it has a mouth harp!
Also, I don’t really mind Blue.
Personally I’d suggest: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RDG0fD5rRHI
The theme from “Them Coconuts” (flash game)
It is actually quite funny, but not when played incessantly.
It contains something that sounds like the unholy offspring of a kazoo and a slide whistle, and contains an actual cough sample instead of a cymbal.
@ Switch Master:
Most likely they are on either volume 1 or 2.

The treaty of mutual support between the various communist regimes of eastern Europe?Or did you mean the Geneva Conventions? The CIA ignores those too.
@ Dante:
SATAN!!!!
@ razord9:
The Touhou songs or Friday and Party rock?
@ Dante:
I would go death in .1 milla seconds!
OI! Don’t dis Who Let The Dogs Out! That song is LOADED with childhood for me and for what little I have it’s PRECIOUS!
Literally everything else is torture though.
@ Ignacio Raglianti:
Good selection of music there. Congratulations.
Badger, badger, badger, badger, badger, badger, badger, badger…
you forgot one: ‘The Chicken Dance, The Wedding’. as played by the drunken band, looped.
@ Dante:
You know now that I think about it. Crino and Marissa aren’t that bad. Thanks but I rather listen to the Timewarp tickers theme on a 10 hour loop then that demonic satanic abomination that has the balls to be called a song.
“Justin Beiber: Smells like Teen Spirit” made me laugh out loud!
After seeing all these YouTube posts on here, I actually went and listened to a few of them…. Then got sidetracked by listening to William Shatner HORRIBLY HORRIBLY butcher every song he touched….
1) A word of warning…. DO THIS ONLY AT YOUR OWN RISK< THE WRITERS OF THIS COMIC ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR OUR SELF INFLICTED STUPIDITY!!!!!
2) I Give, Dr, Kropotkin, you win, I can't take no more…. My accomplices are Ack-Ack-Ack, Switch-Master, Lukkai, Dante….. who else do you want me to incriminate? Fine, I'll sign the paper, just PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD Make it stop!!!!!!!!!!!
The Polkaholics version of “What Does The Fox Say‽” was okay, I liked the different take on the visuals, but I still want to hear Weird Al’s version.
I think he would be more likely to insert it into a medley, as it’s already a weird and funny song, and I’d be quite happy with that. The question would be, what songs would he put it between? He certainly has a way with transitions in those medleys, such as going from Manson to Hanson in “Polka Power!” on the Running With Scissors album, and released as a single in Germany. The song before would likely be a song about silence or peace, maybe a hangover or headache. I think anything can go after the song, as the lead-in would be “What does the fox say?”.
Huh, I could have sworn Smells Like Teen Spirit was a Nirvana song, and it’s got a nice beat, even if the lyrics aren’t anything to write home about. Unless..no, please don’t tell me..
*checks youtube*
..oh thank god, all I could find was a guy who claims he’s that annoying Justin Bitcher. Granted, hearing any song loud enough would be painful, and maybe she’s just not a fan of that genre of music. Still, while I don’t doubt there are covers for that song and the others on your list out there, I haven’t found the versions you put on the list. Think I regained some faith in humanity upon learning that some fairly decent songs aren’t being abused by hacks.
Anything by Frank Stallone.
‘Nuff said.
@ Old Brit:
The one that outlines the rules surrounding the treatment of prisoners of war and methods of interrogation 😛
Our ears hurt already…
@ Arthas972:
I understand it is a sub-arc. However, like the feminist teacher arc that ended suddenly with the teacher being taken out – what is the point of the arc? Che Guevera was not a nice person. Why is Sandra pretending to be that character? What is the story supposed to tell us, the readers? Cartoons are political or social satire and normally this cartoon tells a story about the human condition (or the racoon condition). This subarc tells nothing.
@ Lukkai:
Thanks c:

The meaning behind a cartoon or comic isn’t always obvious.
Bruce wrote:
There are also many cartoons that are just for the lolz. As is Sandra and Woo sometimes. And so far, save for some criticism directed at how organisations and people tend to go overly paranoid and into illegal territory in the name of safety and fighting terrorism, this has been. And doing a nice job at it.
Oh wait. It does tell us something about the human condition. And makes a decent job at being entertaining.
@ ░▒▓█│【Walkman】│█▓▒░:
But is the Polka remix of What Does The Fox Say any good?
Bu@ Victor B:
The point is that having those singers sing those songs would be like torture.
You forgot Friday
Bruce wrote:
Not every story need to be a political or social satire.
I’m sure the CIA also uses “Spongebob Squarepants” videos as part of their regimen.
Bruce wrote:
Well, usually, novil has the habit of subverting a previously obvious topic. However, I’m not so sure either. Ok, Larisa & Cloud are abusing their cia power & woo is torturing sandra with evil music. Usually I would say it’s just criticizing cia, but since larisa/cloud are ‘playing’ the cia that seems too easy. Maybe Sandra will spill her accomplices because of the evil torture methods and something interesting will come of it?
And here I thought I would enjoy torture from Larisa… well I was wrong.
Nice playlist
Oh, forgot Krispy Kreme’s The Baddest
Why is the CIA using my personal sound-track for torture?

We can only hope.
I cringed when I saw Justin bieber on there. Sorry Sandra, it was nice knowing you sane 🙁
I am commenting just to value how funny this is! ohhh man
@ ░▒▓█│【Walkman】│█▓▒░:
are you kidding me? “what dose the fox say?” i can agree with you on “who let the dogs out?”
but “what dose the fox say?” deserves only one response

there sense the link didn’t work
Snap.
I can sing along nicely out of tune to most of those, though I will admit Justin Beiber make me wince. As for the crying babies and the blackboard, I do enjoy the noise genre. Feedback can be absolutely beautiful.
For true torture, play Wagner
