- Woo: Arcturus’ mask is flatter at the top and not completely symmetrical.
- Lily: Ahh, okay.
- Woo: Arcturus also has a black dot on his forehead.
- Lily: Haha… how could I miss that?!

Did Woo just put a marker dot on Arcturus’ head?
Cue nitpicky readers always checking for little black spots
Woo: And he also smells faintly of spirit marker.
Lily: Aha! Brilliant!
But…
Ruth: Hey, kiddo… has someone been drawing on your face? Here, I’ve got some alcohol for cleaning my gun – hold still and I’ll get that off…

Actually I did. Then I saw the permanent marker in panel 4.
Now, readers will concentrate on his forehead to find the dot.
The price of having twins.
Indeed.
I was friends with identical twins growing up. I always wondered if their mom did this…
Cue Canopus putting one on himself because his brother has it and he doesn’t.
my god and Lilly wasn’t even going to let woo near ’em…. she’d be more lost then she’d think without Woo in THIS case.
I was right it was the masks! 😛
Woo stole the Celestial Sharpie Marker from Seeoahtlahmakaskay (or that’s Powree’s marker with the power to reshape the Sandra and Woo world)!
Please correct me if I’m wrong, but shouldn’t it be “Arcturus’s”?
@ Eng1ne:
Both are acceptable, if I’m not mistaken.

Technically you should omit the s only when the word is plural. But honestly, nobody really cares.
You’d think they’d go by different scents, rather than visual cues

That would tend to ruin a good joke.
Uhhh Woo… burn! I have to applaude.
Ha! My mother did this with my twin sister and me. Sharpie dot on the bottom of one of our feet.
Good one! Loool
The two kids are so going to prank their mother by swapping identities when they get older.
@ Onigoshi:
One of my relatives put a dot on one of their baby’s ears, since they were identical. >w<
@ Eng1ne:
Nah. When the name ends in an S, you just put an apostrophe. Like Jesus’ or Judas’. … Don’t know why both of those are bible names. XD
Imagine how hard people with identical triplets have it…
Arcturus is the one on the right. Why is that so difficult for Lily to remember?
Personally, i prefer the strip where Lily can’t differentiate between Arcturus and Canopus placed as the incentive for Woo to get close to the cub.
@ Blitzkrieg1701: I wouldn’t be surprised if this post was cited for inaccuracy forever
Woo just prevented a possible aneurysm.
She’s so cute when she blushes.
Hmmmm… Won’t the mark disappear when he sheds… Do raccoons shed?
Confusion over Babies Identities is why almost All Maternity wards assign One Nurse to the job of Putting the ID Bracelet On before they even Wash the baby for the first time.
.
The Flaw? Many hospitals still use ID Bracelets that even the Baby can slip off.
.
That’s why there are Dozens of places that Sell Baby ID Bracelets.
Aside from the Profits to be made selling Expectant Moms the first piece of Jewelry the baby will ever own, that is.
.
I wonder if Arcturus will grow up to become dictator of the forest similar to his namesake.
And it seems Lilly is not as good as she thought at recognising them as she thought
@ Weertangel:
“i will not be stopped. not by you, or the humans, or annyone! i will rule this forest or see it burnt to ashes around me”
…yeah that would be bad. Lets not have him become racoon Arcturus Mengsk.
Now THIS is smart parenting.
My dad did this to my younger brother’s hand when he was born. It’s been years, and the mark might still be there.
Woo is really a gentleman (gentleprocyon?)… First, he say nothing in front of Sid and now with that marker… Hat down…
What is up with Woo’s arm? His right arm looks like is connected to his body at the elbow in the first and last panels. It’s very creepy!

I have a couple cats like that, they are almost impossible to tell apart unless they are right next to each other. (One has a VERY slightly longer tail)
@ The man, man.:
Under the skin? Yeah, that’ll do it. I accidentally stabbed myself in the hand with a pencil, and the mark is still there 15 years later.
Now, as someone who has grown up around twins (five sets of identical twins, one set of lookalike cousins in the same grade) I have always been the Woo in the situation. I won’t be the person looking for the dot. I’m the person looking at the masks. Is it just me, or is Woo right? XD
Coming soon.
Ayye
The coon academy won’t like the looks of that
Or will they
It’s a mystery
Forever a mystery
