Fifteen is my guess, too. While reading this strip, I was thinking about the day when Sandra and Cloud get married (it will happen if the comic runs long enough) and Sandra has to tell Cloud that Woo is a talking raccoon…

More like Sandra will explain to Woo that humans like to see each other with exposed skin, to which Woo will “help” by leading to a repeat of events from strip [0332], but on a public scale… to which gets Sandra banned from the swim centre, and humiliated, all the while, Cloud and Landon have the image burned into their heads (or at least cloud does), and Larissa is happy that she isn’t the only one in the “everyone has seen that part of me” club anymore.
well…. now that i think about it, there aren’t a whole lot of mammals that live near or around humans that are as furless as humans… and it’s not like our bodies our devoid of hair, but for some reason it’s not as thick (i say “for some reason” because there is no real discernible reason our ancestors evolved without fur, especially considering Australopithecus Africanus, the last of our ancestors that were still considered an “ape” and not “human” had fur, all subsequent Human species had a lot less fur, including our Neanderthal cousins who lived in Ice Age Europe)
What’s with some people wanting Sandra to become more undressed? Isn’t she like 13?

Well there are rhinos and elephants which live around people in Africa and they aren’t usual complete furballs. But there aren’t many as a result of human activities tho…

It may be a long shot, but i have a suspicion someone is going to notice woo and his ability to talk. “In a secluded area” seems like a strange distinction to make.

Of courseWoo would prefer Sandra to be more dressed! Didn’t Strip 637 teach us anything about thinking that other cultures (and especially species) would react like ours would in a given situation?
And it’s been established that Woo can talk anywhere, he just keeps his mouth shut. (When I was a child an old man from Indonesia told me that orangutangs are capable of speech but merely keep quiet, because if they spoke around humans they would be forced to get jobs and pay taxes. Obviously a similar wisdom is at play here.)
