It’s an anime trope. If a guy suddenly gets horny, his nose will start to bleed. Usually the more sudden and perverted the thoughts, the more forceful it is.

At first I thought that was cola that came spurting out of his nose from his shock. I have done that. I have never had a nose bleed without getting hit first.
