I love the crazyness in this strip! And it is a novel way of breaking forth wall in S&W. And of course a Novil way. 🙂
In the German version, Hannes says something slightly different in panel 3. According to Google Translate:
“In English it is called “eargasm”, which is a lot further from “orgasm” than “ohrgasmus” from “orgasmus”.”
Sandra is right. This is known
“entschuldigung” means excuse me. And it’s being said by an ent. (which means ‘ but’ in german, and said here by someone as tall as a tree, for LOTR reference.)

Maybe it’s because I was stationed in Germany and developed a great affection for the place, but I thought this strip was hysterical. But I’ve been accused of having a weird sense of humor, myself.

It just occurred to me, that we haven’t seen Hannes’ head yet – seems to be intentional, but I have no idea why.
I respectfully disagree with Larisa and Sandra. Hannes’ pun suggestion is on point and fitting.
Also, I assume “stip” in the 2nd panel is a typo for “strip”?
I dunno, the Germans did name the biggest tank ever built “The Maus”.
