I don't read nearly as much as I should. I did love Ozy and Millie when it was around, and can anyone NOT like Calvin and Hobbes?

I actually came down here from an ad on Housepets!, which is a pretty cool comic some of you might like :B

My favourite comic strip of all time would be Brawl in the Family, where I found this comic. (Contains cartoon violence. Nothing worse than Sandra and Woo, though.)

Other comics I read include Sonic and Pals, one of my first webcomics read and The After Subtract, an awesome game crossover comic. (NOTE: The After Subtract can get quite...dark at times. But still, never anything worse than SaW.)

I also just noticed a Sandra and Woo ad on Smackjeeves, a webcomic host site. I've grown to notice them each time I see them! :D

My favorite comic strips.

The must be: http://www.ozyandmillie.org/
The greatest of them all.

http://countyoursheep.keenspot.com/
About Ship, girl and single mother.
(Also no room for magic and wisdom of moo).

http://dungeond.com/
Dungeon and Denizens - quite funny, also it's my first true netcomic I've ever read.

http://nopinkponies.keenspot.com/
But a lot of geeks, sexy girls and some violence. But no sex :(

Also VGcats, wulffmorgenthaler, panthera, and not so good but brilliant John and John. Try to find those on the web, I am not going to give the links here ;]
This is my first post on Sandra and Woo Forum, glad to meet everyone :]

Newspaper Comics:
- Calvin and Hobbes
- B.C.
- Farside

Webcomics:
- Darths and Droids: A screen-cap comic based on two of my favorite subjects (Star Wars and D&D).
- Rusty and Co.: A D&D based comic with excellent graphics, where the main characters are monsters.
- Gaia: I don't think I need an explanation here...
- Sandra and Woo: ditto...

(Yes, both your comics are on my favorites list. :D Keep up the good work!)

I suppose it has to be Questionable Content by Jeph Jacques. It's the second Webcomic that got me hooked, The first, YU+ME ended it's run a while back.

Others include Menage a3, Angels 2200 - though that seems to have screeched to a halt - Grim Tales and PPG Donjinshi, Namier Deiter and a couple of other NSFW type comics.

Long-time reader but new to this forum; I hope the subject is still alive. My favorites:

Dead-tree format:
1. The Far Side
2. Calvin and Hobbes
3. Dilbert
Honorable mention: Funky Winkerbean, which was a great favorite of mine back when the gang was young, but when they got old ... hoo boy.

Webcomic format:
1. Errant Story -- Sarine Elle is my favorite character from any recent fictional form, and I really hope this universe comes back to life in 2015
2. Girl Genius
3. The Meek
HM: Sinfest, which I enjoyed greatly until Tat got bit by the radfem bug ... and after that, not so much.

It probably says something about me that most of these are either retired, on hiatus, or gone badly downhill. What a drag it is gettin' old...

1. Calvin and Hobbes (with a large margin)
2. Ozy and Millie (although some strips were overly political)
3. The Far Side
4. Duxter (If only there were more...)
5. Zits

UPDATE (27 January 2010):

Newspaper strips:

1. Calvin and Hobbes (overall)

Novil wrote: 31 Dec 2008, 13:30 I dunno. I’m just more into classical comic strips instead of comics which are telling a story. One of the rare exceptions are the Donald Duck stories by Don Rosa.
I have a taste for Donald Duck stories like you, and episodes too

In no particular order:
•Gunnerkrigg Court by Tom Siddel (3 new comics a week)
•Sequential Art (semi frequent updates)
•Megatokyo by Fred Gallagher (updates have been scarce recently but not officially on hiatus)
•Calvin and Hobbes(ended)
