Now where did he get that spear?
Have some bads but goods are much better
KEEP THEM COMING!
This… THIS is something I have been searching for for a really long time. The story, the people, the setting. I love everything so far, looking forward to more!
i really liked the story, because i read anything with fantasy or magic involved.
BTW, why no one said anything about the fact that this was posted an week ago and nobody warned
I feel sorry for the monsters
A most interesting comic, I shall subscribe this to my Google Reader!!!
Wow, this comic is fantastic so far! I am definitely subscribing!
And holy crap those backgrounds (and the rest of the drawings, for that matter) are beautiful. TT____TT *bows down to Powree forever*
I hope you change the theme. At least the quotes at the top of the page, if nothing else. They’re great, but they make the page look exactly like some other site you may be familiar with. A complete redesign would be even better, if you could manage it.
I love your comics. The writing and art is always engaging. On top of that, I never have to worry about opening one of your pages while in public because you do not post some of the smut that is elsewhere. Please keep up the great work!
Awwww yeah, they’re like a dream team or something.
I like this webcomic. It very interesting.
I am a fan of sandra and woo, I read it with ink outbreak. Do you have plans to have Gaia on there as well?
And here I was, ready to watch some awesome REGULAR sword-work! I didn’t even think of the guys being some kind of sword-mage… that just brings them up to a whole other level of awesome.
Great fights, Woot!
Nightmare: can they cast magic?
Shade: i think they can’t.
Oblivian: the covering of the cyclops’ eye was smart.
Zone: these humans are faring beter than i thought…. they are not wastes of flesh… YET.
Enoz: S*** Zone is scheming again…. *gulp*
It is not a spear.
Shade: just part of the arena.
Phantom: Yeah, only a shaft of wood…
Zone: A SHARP shaft of wood thank you.
Enoz: that was implied!
Gorgon: please don’t, i revive them after the event ends…
Like many, I’ve been looking forward to this comic coming out for some time. I can’t help but wonder how often it might get updated.
@ Counter parts:
Monster: Yeah, but it still hurts
Badass. ’nuff said.
Dual techs function very much like those in Chrono Trigger here. First one could be a version of x strike and the second antipode.
Awesome. I love magic swords!
Though I must confess, I have NO idea what that thing is that Ryn is holding in the first panel. It looks like a baton of some kind, maybe a stun baton or something. Can somebody tell me what that is?
Oh, wait, I guess that’s just a switch or lever of some kind to open the door. NEVER MIND!!
I love your comics (particularly Sandra and Woo) but you seem to be playing a lot of stereotypes with Gaia;
1) Lovely and talented girl dates a jerk or otherwise unfit boyfriend while carefully ignoring/enjoying the playful advances of one of her friends.
2) This friend is the obvious “Mr. Right”–the guy said girl SHOULD be dating
3) Mr. Right comes with a wisecracking sidekick
I think Gaia could be great, the story seems really interesting, but characterization is really hindering the plot development. I can already predict the future relationship of Ilias and Lithia, after the dramatic downfall of her current boyfriend, of course.
Overall, Gaia has tons of potential! Good luck with the strip!
Not normally my style of comic, but Sandra and Woo dragged me in. Now that I’m here, I kinda like it.
Now, I can’t wait to see what comes next.
Thanks. This story of yours has given me a few campaign ideas. As a Dungeon Master it’s nice to read other people’s stories because they give you ideas, inspiration, or at times just remind you of ideas you had put off. I am so far liking the comic and I hope to see more of it in the future. ^,^
I DEMAND MY RAINBOW JUICE! WHERE IS IT
LOLZ love the almost brofist at the end there XD That is epic ^^.
Those arn’t cliches, those are tropes. Not all tropes are bad as the website tvtropes.com explains. (go their at your own risk) Unfortunatly I don’t have time right now to look up exactly which tropes those are. Besides, we don’t know if Gaia is going to play them straight or not at this point.
Someone said that they’ve been waiting a long time for this webcomic. I thought it was recently posted
Defeated by battlefield wits and tricks = that’s alright.
Defeated because they use elements that favor against you = You put a good fight.
Defeated by a piece of wood = disgrace for the monster kind!
Are you sure about the stereotyping?
1) Said boyfriend, even though he sounds arrogant but he actually willing to fulfill the deal, even though Ilias attack him when he still talk.
2) Are you sure? he like her, but there are 10 or 20 people who can be close to her too. He got a bad trait shown before, and it was Envy.
3) Said sidekick is a comedy character, but something dark is looming…..
Gorgon: i can reverse the pain…
Wow. Where did they get the adamantine swords?
The D&D geek strikes again!
Okay, this page was pretty damn awesome.
Wow. I’m finished already.
Question: Where are these characters based off? I remember reading about it somewhere, but it’ll be a challenge to scour the history for them.
Golems and Elementals and Zombies, Oh my!
looks kinda like Zero no Tsukaima… but still cool :^)
Huum, , seems insteresting by how far it’s got. ^ ^
Okay, it’s the 30th! This came out the 19th! More! More!
Sooooo good. I read Bittersweet Candybowl and Pixie Trix comics. Saw the ad for this a couple times but only now decided to click. I’m glad I did. The art is amazing. The story looks like it’s gonna go somewhere for a long time. I’m hooked. Never gonna leave this comic.

No, Gaia was published on 28 November. The dates of the cover and the first 18 pages are not correct for technical reasons.
Great work here!
Oka so far it looks AWESOME, there were some moments where I rose an eyebrow though, but I think I’m still gonna love this story so great job and keep it up.
correct me if i’m wrong, (and trust me, i probably am.), i think they are based of the Sandra and Woo characters.
