Sketches and inked pages for donators

I have added the sketches and inked versions of all comic pages to the exclusive page for donators. This includes the complete first chapter “The Red Hall” and all comics up to the current page 51 from the second chapter “Shadowdancers”.

Like the sketches for Sandra and Woo, the images (770 pixels wide) are conveniently placed in a couple of zip archives. The final comic pages are also available for download!

Twilight and Smarty Pants

As a Calvin and Hobbes and My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic fan, this crossover by Ripfrost (source) is one of the best things I’ve ever seen. Click on the image for a larger version.

Updating two times a week again

Good news, everyone! Gaia will be updated two times each week again (instead of the current 2 – 1 – 2 – 1 cycle) from September until the end of December.

Gaia on Google Plus

Gaia is now also on Google Plus. Similar to our Facebook page, the Google Plus page will be updated with short news entries when new content is added to the Gaia website.

Second volume of Edmund’s Quest available at Kickstarter

The second print collection of the best webcomic Edmund Finney’s Quest to Find the Meaning of Life by Dan Long is available at Kickstarter. The fundraiser which runs until Saturday, 9 June, was already successful, so you’ll definitely get your copy. If you pledge $34 or more, you can get an original sketch (and more). You can also purchase the first volume by adding a fixed amount to your pledge.

Kickstarter: Edmund Finney's Quest to Find the Meaning of Life - Volume 2 by Dan Long

Edmund’s Quest is about the adventurer of the same name who’s making extremely funny encounters with quirky natives and other travelers on his trips around the world to find the meaning of life. While the concept alone is already interesting, Edmund’s Quest offers a unique style of humor, often surrealistic and sarcastic at the same time, not seen anywhere else.
