Ask Novil questions about Sandra and Woo

Last year, I posted a news entry which I asked our readers to ask me general questions about Gaia. It was a pretty popular format with lots of questions being asked, so I decided to also give it a try regarding Sandra and Woo.

Do you have any questions about Sandra and Woo? Then add them to the comment section of this post. I will try to answer all questions which I don’t consider to be spoilers for the future story arcs.

First screenshots from the Sandra and Woo adventure game

Here you can see the first full-sized screenshots from the Sandra and Woo adventure game currently developed by Feline Fuelled Games, a semi-professional computer game developer team from Germany. The screenshots are taken from the first and second chapter of the PC game which is entitled

Sandra and Woo in the Cursed Adventure

The game consists of six chapters with a total playing time of at least 10 hours. Sandra and Woo in the Cursed Adventure is a classical point-and-click adventure game in the tradition of the Monkey Island series. There will be a German and an English version of the game, both with a full, professional voice-over and an original musical score.

As you can see above, you will be able to control several Sandra and Woo characters. Only with your genius, your bravery and your good looks will it be possible for our heroes to escape from the cursed adventure unscathed!

The developers from Feline Fuelled Games have put a tremendous amount of time and hard work into Sandra and Woo in the Cursed Adventure. So I’m confident that many fans of adventure games and/or Sandra and Woo will enjoy their new game which will be sold at a budget price. Feline Fuelled Games also plans to put the game on Steam Greenlight as it gets closer to its final release date sometime in 2015 or 2016.

Interview with our reader Strife

Here is a new interview about Sandra and Woo with one of the Sandra and Woo fans that received a poster package, our reader

Can you please introduce yourself to our readers?

> I’m Strife and I’m a voice actor from South Texas, USA.

When you read Sandra and Woo for the first time, what grabbed your attention the most?

> The first thing that grabbed my attention was the art direction. It was like an old cartoon updated with a slight anime influence.

Is the thing you mentioned above still your favorite part of the comic, or do you like something else the most now?

> My favorite part is the characters. I’ve just come to love and care for them.

Who is your favorite character and why?

> Ye Thuza, hands down. Her devotion to her family is beautiful.

Do you have a favorite story arc and/or a favorite single strip?

> Cloud’s beach erection had me laughing from beginning to end.

You have read Sandra and Woo for many years now. Do you think the comic has changed in any way since the beginning?

> Not that I’ve noticed.

Sandra and Woo is sometimes criticized for lacking focus. Is there an aspect of the comic that you’d rather get rid of?

> No. It’s fine the way it is.

Is there a topic you’d like to see getting addressed in a longer story arc?

> None that I can think of right now.

What are your wishes for the future of Sandra and Woo?

> To have a long and bright future.

Is there any other webcomic which you’d like to recommend to our readers?

> Aside from Sandra and Woo, I also read Two Guys and Guy, Between Failures, and Painapple Teriyaki. But I highly recommend Head Trip by Shinga.

Do you have anything else do say? Here’s room for it:

> I’m still working on my Sandra and Woo fantasy casting video. And above all else, be good to each other.

All right, gentlemen!

The Webcomic Hunger Games: Day 6

“Good evening, dear spectators. I hope you’re all ready for the final days of this year’s edition of the Hunger Games, featuring many of your favorite webcomic characters! I certainly am! Claudius, what about you?”

“I’m more than ready, Caesar! And I’m really looking forward to seeing if underdog Woo, who killed District 11’s Lilith yesterday, can actually win the Games. During the last days, this little rascal stabbed and strangled himself into the hearts of many spectators, mine included.”

The Webcomic Hunger Games: Night 5

“Aww, it always warms my heart when an old alliance like that between Woo and Edmund lasts until the last days of the Games.”

The Webcomic Hunger Games: Day 6

“That’s it, folks! The winner of this year’s Hunger Games is Woo!!”

“It couldn’t have ended any other way.”

“Indeed, Claudius, indeed.”

The Webcomic Hunger Games: Fallen Tributes 6

“I wonder if Rocky could have defeated Woo in a good clean fight to the death.”

“Unfortunately, we’ll never know.”

The Webcomic Hunger Games: The Winner

“District 4 must be extremely proud of their winner. I’ve never seen a more worthy winner in the history of the Games than Woo.”

The Webcomic Hunger Games: The Placements

“This is insane, Caesar! Woo killed six tributes and caused Nin Wah’s suicide, while all the other tributes combined only killed three!”

“I can only hope I’ll never have to face this killing machine myself. I’d probably die from just looking at him.”

“Me too, Caesar, me too.”
