Thank you for supporting Sandra and Woo
We are grateful for every reader. But if you support Sandra and Woo by
- not blocking the advertising banners and maybe even checking them out once in a while,
- and/or by linking to Sandra and Woo on your Facebook page, blog or website,
- and/or by writing witty or funny comments,
- and/or by even making a donation,
or in another special way, I want to particularly thank you for your support. 🙂 Without people like you, even less independent artists would be able to find an audience on the internet and to earn some money with their art.
I’m currently saving money to ensure future updates of Sandra and Woo and Gaia until at least the end of 2012.
I didn’t think to unblock the ads. Thanks for the reminder.
I think I’d rather donate than view ads. Of course, I don’t use an ad blocker anyway. The only time I’ve ever blocked an ad site is when that site’s slowness caused the entire page’s load speed to plummet. I have a special place in my local webserver and dns file for ad sites like that. I haven’t had to do that much since Google became the main ad provider on the web.
There’s a small collection of websites on which I disable adblock to give what support I can offer, Sandra and Woo is one of them. You deserve it, please keep up the good work :>
okay. last week you asked for donations and I did, via paypay
did you get it?
I love the comics and sometimes I click ads. That’s how we help each other, right?

Yes, thank you for that. Technically I did not ask for donations, though, but presented a couple of new wallpapers that are available on the donator page.
I’ve written several reviews and commentaries on my review site concerning the comic (and they were positive reviews at that). So I think my ad-blocking is likely counterbalanced by my “advertising” the site with my own review site. 😛 😉
Aw, I’m sorry. I normally turn off the adblocker when I’m at a personal website (as opposed to a website run by a company, such as Facebook or Youtube). But it didn’t occur to me until I saw this, after I finished viewing the archives.
And now that I see the ads, the pictures of Woo holding the “look” sign suddenly make sense. I was so confused as to what he could be pointing at, because all I saw was a grey block.
