- Richard: You want me to drive you to the forest so that you can look after Woo’s girlfriend? At half past midnight? In the pouring rain?
- Sandra: When you purchase today, you’ll not only receive this 12-piece chores set! No!
- Sandra: I’ll also make sure that this em-bar-rass-ing photo of you in a tutu(*) will never be posted accidentally on Facebook.
- Caption: (*) = A lost bet.
- Richard: I’ll get the keys.

Bribery AND blackmail? Now that’s an offer you can’t afford to pass up!
She said facebook; she did not leave out the possibility of creating a video montage with musical background of said photo for youtube. 😉
@ Abecedarius:
Unless physical violence is put in the balance … ^^
Lol, whats worse, i actually have lost a similar bet, only i had to wear a g-string and mini skirt T_T
And now I’m kinda morbidly curious and want to see that photo.
Ok, now I ‘m dying to know what’s happened to Lily! Of course, I’m equally curious to see that photo….
Accidentally? So she might post it on purpose?
this makes me feel better, I was worried they would sneak out. This is a much better and safer solution.
Sandra, you said you want to become a mathematician. I think you are better for diplomat job.
Well she really loves Woo… And really knows weak points of her dad…
…

…
Crazy Raccoon Woman…
How do you explain that Woo thinks something has happened to his girlfriend — WITHOUT letting on that your pet raccoon talks?
He’s running around squeaking and pantomining? “What’s that you say, Woo? Timmy’s fallen down a well?”
Neutrino wrote:
Well she never said that she Woo thinks something, she just said that she wants to look after his girlfriend… And knowing her reputation I doubt it will surprise anybody if she wants to look after raccoon in the middle of the night, in the middle of the thunderstorm in the middle of the forest. Well rumors will spread even more but I don’t think she cares…
@ Trimutius:
Point
Ok I have a small suggestion, another comic writer did this he asked if he would no longer make each page detailed and stuff so he can make more at a time. What I am asking is quality of work down and more pages. Not saying that I am the boss of you it’s just a suggestion.
It kinda bugs me that she emphasized the word “Accidentally”.
I don’t mean to quote Zack Ryder but, “Are you serious, bro?”
@ Mason:
Good heavens, man, are you insane? Quality is always better than quantity. Always.
@ Mason:
Mason is asking for more quantity at the expense of the quality of the art.
Counterpoint: The quality of this comic is one of its charms. Lose that and we begin to descend into mediocrity. If I want poor art I can go with xkcd.
I am really loving the new hairstyle on Sandra. She is growing into a beautiful woman. Cloud is a very lucky boy.
Besides the comment on why quality matters more, there’s still a good consistent release of 2-3 strips, so it’s not bad as far as quantity goes.
@ Petah-Petah: you dont say?
Did Larisa teach Sandy the art of blackmail?
Did I just spot Xperia?
@ demon:
Why did you wear a g-string and a miniskirt?
@ All-Purpose Guru:
Nuffin new there. That’s Sandra ready for bed. We’ve seen her like that several times.

Richard’s bathrobe has coattails??
Jack Sparrow: “All one needs, is the proper LEVERAGE…”
I love it how Sandra doesn’t look too happy to be doing those chores

I think it is more a Nokia Lumia.
She may have given up far too much leverage by revealing the photograph, but this is still far better than Woo sneaking out on his own, on foot – Or worse, Sandra going with him into the woods on foot.
This way they have transportation and portable shelter, and can take along the proper supplies – Including rain gear and a pile of towels to dry Lilly off and bring her back to the house, at least till the storm passes.
Humans may be scary things to woodland creatures, but there’s no denying we can build great places to get in out of the weather.

WHAT we have the same name?!?!?
@ captainswift:
I find it kinda funny that you used «Good heavens» and «man» in the same sentence XD
The one of Richard or the guy above you? Hehe@ Malchus:
WARNING: Parents do not actually act like this most of the time. They would be more likely to ground you for even having possession of that photo and would take your phone away for at least a week and still not take you out to take care of your pets girlfriend that may or may not exist, since your pet can’t talk and probably shouldn’t even have a girlfriend. XD
I SERIOUSLY wish I was on this level with my parents rather than always being on the “Lazy misfit good-but-still-not-there-yet adult son” level.
@ All-Purpose Guru:
What XKCD lacks in artistic style it more than makes up in intellectual, down-the-rabbit-hole geekyness. Sort of a mathematical proof that smart funny works too.

Mine would ground me not for possession of such a photo but for attempted blackmail. That’s what gives Richard’s character depth: he’s willing to play along with Sandra (as evidenced by the existence of such a photo in the first place).
@ Trimutius:
Not to mention, maybe woo saw lightning strike her tree or something. That could easily be transferred into Sandra having seen it.
The carrot and the stick approach. Well done Sandra!
@ demarion: I always thought the stick was to hold the carrot with
I can see Larissa doing something like this.
@ demon:
Really? You had to LOSE a bet to wear that?
Err…I mean…
In other news – who’s in favor of Sandra for the UN? I give it three years before she’d end the conflict in the Middle East and five for world peace.
If only I could use that kind of persuasive argument in debate….*sigh*
@AckAckAck Or the next Anthony Sullivan. (Famous pitch guy)
Sandra: “But wait,there’s more!” XD
I Just realized… is her phone a nokia lumia??
I wonder just how bad the photo is for Richard to be scared of it; he has a great sense of humour and I’d expect him to be able to make it work as a joke.

That lady’s got a good future as a buisness woman ahead of her…
