- Lily: Woo, what are you doing here?
- Woo: Lily! Are you alright?
- Lily: Sure. Why shouldn’t I be?
- Woo: Because I…
- Lily: Huh?
- Woo: … Because I thought something bad happened to you.
- Lily: How did you get such a silly idea? But thanks for being so worried about me.

Whew. The lady is safe and Woo got a kiss!
Maybe that will be enough to get over the embaressment of overeacting. Still he ahould feel glad he did or the worry would have drove him crazy.
Everybody! D’awww!
Something bad in 3…
I have to wonder though. If Woo’s premonition will still come true, shouldn’t they be getting out of there?
@ Frank:
I’m sure they should, but it seems like he’s lost in thought right now about what he was worried about. No doubt the lightning shook him up, but Lily’s condition seems to have assured him everything’s ok for the moment.
I’m starting to think now the premonition he’s been feeling may not be in fact that Lily’s life is in danger, but rather his own life.
@ GameCobra:
Ugly big caged raccoon form the beginning of the coming is back…? Or that hunter, maybe…
If Sandra asks, just say Lily was held captive by two Hitlers, and that you ripped them both to shreds with your bare claws.
@ Olilaf:
Or maybe that pack of wolves, or the gang of raccoons….
Girly side coming in…SOOOO ROMAAAAANTIC!
Other side… I freaking knew it.
Yeah…I Knew it to…..now…face an angry dad and master
And then something bad really DOES happen and Woo saves the day. DO EET!!
And by the way, this is actually rather touching. XD
looks as if someone just scored loads of brownie points from his girlfriend 😉 i still hope that some almost-catastrophe happens though. woo needs to burn off all that heroic adrenaline from the first panel of the last strip!
They are in the middle of the thunderstorm on some rock under the leaf.
What can possibly go wrong?
=)
How sturdy Is that rock?
More importantlyare there any Creepers in the vicinity?
aniticlimax to sandra and her dad…lol
Meanwhile, thousands of miles away…
A lone oak tree: In which Sid is entirely surrounded by water…
Yeah, there is still room for something to happen to Lily tonight. But I seriously doubt it would be any character we’ve seen that would be responsible. Roc the wolf lives in another forest entirely. As for the human characters? Either that hunter (Ex hunter by now?) from the woods who knows Woo can talk, or Woo’s former owner from the beginning of the strip? Extremely unlikely that either of them would be out in the middle of the night in a thunderstorm, let alone know that Woo is out there at this moment, and decide to take their revenge just then.
Put it this way: Lily may be safe at the moment, but she’s clearly not home. It’s still possible her spacious pad (complete with TV, stereo and pool table) is not entirely intact…
…is there room for another raccoon in the North household? 🙂
Aw, she’s smitten
Kiiiiiiss! ^_^
Is there such a thing as a premature premonition? Maybe the trouble has yet to arrive. There’s lots of lightning around and high winds. A falling tree perhaps or a lightning strike? Enjoy the moment because things aren’t’ over yet folks.
Next page:
Lily: So you ran all the way here from the town in this storm?
Woo: Actually…Sandra talked her Dad into driving me to the edge of the forest.
Lily: ? Why would she do that?
Woo: Because I told her I was afraid something had happened to you.
Lily: Hmm…
And Lily now trusts Sandra.
Woo’s face in the last panel just says, “Sandra’s dad is going to kill me…*sigh*”
Aw, it’s alright Woo. You had premature heroism, you’ll get your moment of amazing bravery and skill soon enough.
Well that’s one way to get lucky.
I think the bad feeling he felt was about what’s going to happen to him when Sandra and her dad find out it was a false alarm.
Woo’s face in the last panel is the typical concerned nice guy. You just score a lot of points from Lily, use it well 😉
Hmmm… Lily still seems a bit off. I dunno. Maybe she’s just tired?
Good job, Woo! 🙂 That’s the way to show a girl you care.
Woo’s face in the last panel actually makes me think he’s going through wondering if him living so far away from his girlfriend is such a good idea. If something did happen to Lily and he was right there with her, he’d be able to help her instantly. Living with Sandra, something could happen and he wouldn’t even know for a while.
Interesting to see where this is gonna go.
I still think she’s either pregnant, or the feeling of her being in danger was misread, and he’s the one in danger.
(Or the alleged horrid thing has yet to happen.)
Or nothing could be going to happen at all, since “feeling” that something is going to happen is completely unrelated to anything actually happening.
