- Cinderella: Ugh! Look at this mess!
- Snow White: This calls for a song!
- Yuna: With a smile and a song
We watch Fluffy gobbling its prey
Your life fades away
And your heart is gone
- David: Allegedly, Yuna’s teacher is so afraid of her that she’s giving her A’s all the time.
- Ye Thuza: Not bad for a little girl who has never hit anyone in her life.

This story arc is like a Disney movie gone horribly wrong…or right?
I am honestly surprise she has never hit anyone, though the more I think about it, the more it makes sense.
Love it. Like i say before i like Yuna and hoop to see here more in te future.
Yuna is all about the psychological warfare.
Which is not to say she couldn’t hold herself in an actual fight. I’m pretty sure she could, considering her mother. She just strikes me as someone who would use intimidation to never even have to.
@ abowden:
Never leave a trail. Always make sure there’s at least one degree of seperation. That’s how masterminds work.
She sure hit me….right in my soul with her adorableness >_O almost sure I’m not the only one…
hmm subdued without combat eh? sun tzu tought you well
Yeeeessss…. I suppose that normally, with a child of her age, nobody would tackle her on her song’s funny rhyme scheme and metre out of consideration for her youth… rather than being afraid of what she’d do in revenge. I would however guess that she hasn’t had to cross swords with Miss Korolev yet: – coasting through your academic career under a cloak of fear would be easy compared to taking on Larisa.
Yeah, I’m guessing that thing with the teacher started sometime after strip 492.
In the words of Louis C.K.: “Boys fuck things up. Girls are fucked up.”
Exhibit A: Yuna.
I’m sure Yuna’s teacher gives Yuna A’s all the time because her songs and playtime behaviour light up the entire classroom and serve as an inspiration to the rest of her classmates.
And he was so ugly that everyone died. The end
That didn’t make me feel better at all.
It’s a Good thing Yuna dosent have a Nerf gun. (Well I think she had one because she shot an old lady in the butt I think) yhea Yuna should not be allowed near sharp or hard objects.
@ Petah-Petah:
Normal Kid: Sharing song sharing song lets all share and sing along. Sharing is nice sharing is kind.
Yuna: Sharing Song Sharing song gimme your damn milk carton or get hanged sharing is nice so gimme the ball or well share your internal organs.
She’s cunning, psychopathic, AND sings!? AWESOME!
I hope Yuna’s teacher is getting good psychiatric treatment, because if she’s not, next thing you know, she might start fearing ALL kids. . . Not that that would be a bad thing, but, still. . .
I know I’m going to get a lot of downvotes for this, but I’m just gonna go ahead and say it.
If Yuna’s teacher is so afraid of her that she has to give A’s, then I think there’s seriously something wrong; either with Yuna or the teacher. The teacher shouldn’t have to feel threatened. and judging from the strip about bullying and Yuna saying she’d stab another person in the eye…I’m more than a little concerned here. But then again, it’s only my opinion. :/
@ PaladinVII:
amen brother, amen.
How did I know Merida would be devoured?

We have Larisa for that…
@ PaladinVII:
Nah it’s Disney without the emotional ending.
@ Paeris Kiran:
Larissa dosent sing. She paints though.
@ Paeris Kiran:
Yeah, but this one’s cuter.
Larisa: What?!
Don’t kill me, don’t kill me, don’t kill me.
..okay, the winner and new queen of random yet somehow lovable psychos. How will ol’ pyro/artist/slut compete with this level of crazy? Streaking as she interupts another Cloud/Sandra moment? Kiss the gay girl’s old friend? Somehow force her boyfriend to go lip to lip with Cloud? Oh the possibilities are endless. And I’m looking forward to the competition heating up..especially if it actually involves fire.
I’ve got only three words for you: Copy Right Infringement.
Delete the Disney stuff before they nail you to the fucking cross, because they WILL do it!
@ Switch Master:
She has access to pencils. I’m afraid that’s all she needs.
And since I cannot edit my comment, I will go on to say I just realized she would fit in *perfectly* with the Sapphire Lakes crew from the webcomic Precocious.
This makes me wonder what Cinderella did to her stepmother and stepsisters.
A literal translation of Yuna’s song from the original German:
Be cheeful, sing a song
And my Fluffy devours you
With enthusiasm. Your life escapes.
You die very, very young.
…My God, that’s even more horrific than the free English version.
What bad parents, not taking her to a much needed psychiatrist
I do not consider Yuna as psychotic, she is just the odd one out.
It’s normal Children that are really scary. Kids like Yuna play “horrible” games but that actually build their empathies, they dont’t hit other kids!
While “normal” Children doesn’t involve in this kind of games and hence do not get the other perspective.
If I were deserted o a uninhabited island I would choose as comrade someone like Yuna, Cloud or Sandra Before any kind of “Normal” person an day of the week. Films like lord of the flies, altought it’s just fiction, support this.
Now, with Larissa I don’t know…
(Applause to Novil btw! Awesome comic)
Why do I get the feeling David has gotten so used to walking on eggshells he thinks it’s normal?
Erh… umm… awkward. I’m not a mad local nationalist.
of course it’s Northia, and not Northumbria…
As a loyal servant I should know that…
psychiatrist, eggshells?
Ye thuzas comment kind of pokes a big hole in every imagined danger. (If you want revenge but don’t dare to fight, know that could lead to psychiatrists, but that’s not Yunas demeanor)
There’s room for more quirkines, fantsay and a free spirit.
@ Deianara:
It’s quite possible that Yuna’s teacher gives her A’s because she’s that good, and the rumours about the teacher being scared are from jealous classmates.
Well that seals it. If Yuna and Larissa ever team up on something, Run.
Am I the only one who thought about ‘The Rains of Castamere’ when reading Snow White’s line?
You rock, Yunie
@ Deianara:
You must not have been a bullying victim in a “Zero Tolerance” school. The unwritten part of that is that they have zero tolerance for the victims, especially if they fight back. I was physically attacked by a student 2 years older then me, and not for the first time, and they refused to punish him becuse he was graduating to high school in a month and a half, and didn’t want to do anything that put that at risk, but they wanted to suspend me for leaving school grounds because I felt safer alone at home nearby than at the school.
If Yuna can keep people from picking on her, and possibly other classmates by scaring the crap out of them, I say she is doing just fine.
@ knite:
Have you read this entire comic series? Yuna’s mother taught her everything she knows!
And my new favorite character is… Fluffy!
You can just see Ye Thuza in her..
Congratulations Yuna, you just did to Disney princesses what Puella Magi Madoka Magica did to magical girls.Hooray for grimdark fairy-tales.
that is true but, what hides behind that persona of cuteness….. the world may never know…..@ Kaigakoi:
You fail to realize who her mom is…. a psychiatrist is like a molecule of water to this Phoenix of rebellion @ knite:
Yuna (age:6(?))
master of psychological manipulation and tactical ops
makes you wonder who she will grow up into ( that and who will she date in her latter years?)
@ Legal Advice:
For a self-proclaimed legal expert you seem to be fairly ignorant of copyright law. Novil is not claiming to own Disney characters nor is he making any profit from this comic (with the exception of advertising from this page, which I’m going to guess is going towards domain registration and web hosting fees to keep the site online which can’t really be considered for-profit). Furthermore he is not claiming ownership of any of the Disney characters, and a parody work can be considered an artisitic criticism of the original which would fall under the fair use clause of the Copyright Act of 1976. Sure, Disney can try, but any argument of copyright infringement on their part would most likely collapse under legal scrutiny.
If you ask me it sounds like you’re affiliated with Disney and you’re trying to intimidate the man. My advice, stop while you’re ahead because you’re making yourself and your corporate sponsors look stupid.

@antlan87
Well, actually, I have. When I was in second grade this girl hated me with every fiber of her being, and when she left, I tried to show them that I could hold my own, and I could, but that just resulted in more people ganging up on me.
Anyway, that being said, I’d like to think that I can have my own opinion on the internet without having to be shot down or torn into every few steps.
@ alicemacher:
…I thought that was a Brecht joke until I remembered there actually was a German version.
While an amusing concept for a comic (the teacher being afraid of Yuna), in reality that sort of thing would likely result in visits from children’s services and appointments with psychiatrists.
Stupid spell checker wanted to change Yuna to Tuna!
Now that’s not fair she’s a closet box genius, a mad genius but still a genius.
