Novil, I’ve been reading this comic for the past 2 years (or more), but this is the first time I comment. As a huge fan of MS Paint Adventures, I really love what you’re doing here! The first time it showed up, I thought I was on a wrong website for a moment. I’m looking forward to a flash video conclusion of this chapter. 😀
So? Nobody said it needs to be Note 7 in order to explode when thrown by Larisa.
Try this as a solution:
Close to within minimum engagement range of the of the rocket launcher while telling scouts to FORN
Fire at the hydraulic hub of the digger.
The warhead will not explode but the impact will wreck the hub. Two things will happen:
1: The digger will lose hydraulic pressure- causing the scoop to drop to the ground & impeding any advance on treads
2: The venting hydraulic fluid will burst into flame from fragmented ignited rocket propellant-encouraging Scouts to FORN, destroy digger via fire (always a plus) & cover escape of the two main characters.
Good luck with the insurance issues.
THIS is what happens when you don’t check the descriptions of you inventory items, kids!
Ok i know this is Larissa, but even she would draw the line at injuring innocent boy scouts, so at no point do you need to blow the digger up, they work on hydraulics, very simple ones at that, take out the hydraulic reservoir and without the pressure your digger very quickly becomes a very large paperweight !
Attempt to disengage with Sandra, order Larissa to reload and move into full cover on overwatch and command scouts to use perception and then go into dodge stance. End turn.

Surely an artful use of Larisa’s pre-succubus powers would get those boy scouts out of the danger zone. Nothing like a lovely lady with a rocket launcher to command attention.
This little adventure is seeming kind of mean-spirited. It’s a lot less “let the fans help” and a lot more “tell the fans that their ideas are stupid and won’t work, then go with our original plan anyway.”

Wait, so the digger is disabled AND the scouts are fine for the moment? I am surprised she did not tell them to leave first. Now that the explosion stopped, tell them to get out and then use the rod as a level to ply the rock off of Sandra’s leg.
