USE AN EXPLOSIVE EMP! The EMP will disable the digger, preventing it and other electronics from doing anything. This severely handicaps the angels, as they can’t kill her in a non suspicious way.

Boy Scouts are now out of the way. Shoot rocket at ground slightly behind and under digger. Digger protects Sandra from blast. Ground gives way taking digger with it.
I think it will summon a hulked out gorbachev to tear down the digger.
Throw the Gorbachev key ring. Let the magic of communism turn a mass produced, reliable machine with a state of the art AI into a poorly manufactured rarity the angels couldn’t afford with the literal money of God, with an AI that would never be developed, thereby removing it from existence.
