Right about now we could use one of EGS’ famous Oh, SNAP! pictures.
So… this is a second wave of attacks by the angels? Geez they are really determined.
She dead
They Did say there was a safe spot of a blip X amount underground….
Okay, so by the looks of it that stone is by no means a danger to any cartoon character. It’s way too small for that.
On the other hand, it’s easily heavy enough to bash someone’s skull in given real physics and biology (and if it has enough momentum, for example by dropping from a high enough place, which this one might not have).
So what’s it gonna be? Tune in next time!
Looks more like a bar of soap to me.
Dammit, we have to wait for Thursday!
I’m guessing that Sandra is knocked out now. 🙁
S**t just got real.
For an instant I thought Larisa was the one who got conked.
That might qualify as a “happy ending” — considering her grim medical prognosis and the cushy position awaiting her in the Afterlife.
Then I saw the striped sleeves.
My guess is that, now that Sandra’s not in a position to see her talking to apparently empty air, Larisa directly confronts God, the Cherubim, or the Devil and gives ’em a piece of her mind.
Whelp. Mission failed. GG. Let’s go home everybody.
@ Crestlinger:
No, the entire place was safe, except for one little dot underground. If you go back, they say the entire map is green.
@ CopperPenguin20:
But green was ‘bad’. The Devil owns red on the map! It messed with me too.

You don’t have to wait… for just $3 monthly… well most of the time you still have to wait… but this time there are 2 extra pages available for Patrons only… And you know that Novil and Powree deserve the support (Though I won’t judge you if you can’t support them)
@ Trimutius:
You know I’m waiting for this arc to be over…
But I have enjoyed it thoroughly. Soon…
The artwork going back to normal was like a slap in the face, in a good way.
Ohh, I love this comic so so much. 🙂
They do deserve the support. New handle and a border around me soon!
@ CopperPenguin20:
Someone didn’t catch on.
The angels are the “good forces,” typically, and as such their areas on the map(which are bad in this instance) are green. The tiny red dot was the only place where Sandra would be safe without outside influence, and the only place Lucifer – the “bad forces” typically – had on the map at the time.
I’m guessing Larisa is critically injured from the wall collapse. Hopefully Sandra won’t have to say goodbye to Larisa in the next several pages.
Sweet avatar, ceven!
Where did you get it, if you don’t mind me asking?
@ TvTropesgotmehooked:
Private messages don’t exist T-T
It’s commissioned art of Woo (and Shadow) by nik159. The artist didn’t post it, so there’s no public way to view it right now.
I really like Sandra & Woo,
so I’m sorry that I say it, but it’s quite boring now.
I mean… one killer machine is destroyed, what’s next?
Killer machine No. 2? And then No. 3?
Geez, sorry man, but it is not “Divine comedy” yet.
Give us a point of that story, please.
Assuming that Sandra lives, what is a hit like that going to cost her? Losing the metaphorical piano lessons? Will she get a -1 to the right side of the brain: creativity? Gaining a delusion? Will she see a Cylon? Will she think she’s receiving messages from the racoon god?
@ ceven:
Thanks for replying! The art style seemed familiar, he is an excellent artist.
@ Mole204:
Now she can only vocalize almost like a raccoon; no one, not even Woo, can understand her. 🙁
Trimutius wrote:
That’s misleading. You’ll get two pages sooner, then you wait just like everyone else. So what that you’re two pages ahead, the important one is pace, not the actual position.

Some people just can’t appreciate what they have for free (for most of us).
Authors own these comics and do as they please. And I, for one, like this plot. Yes, we’re still at the “fighting crazy AI-controlled construction machines” phase (Musk with a handgun was funny), but the first part (w/ the Devil) was fantastic, and future one most likely will be also. The point we are at is needed to tell a story, so sit back, relax, and have fun on your ride.
Great. How are you suppose to heal the head injury with A Slice of Pizza and two rounds of Rocket Launcher ammunition.
OH COME ON!
the end? Sandra dies from brain caved in?
OR will they find a way out of this?
The rock skipped off with “ouch” stars and no blood spatter so I’m inclined to say that she’s probably stunned, not dead at this time.
Of course a stunned target is a little easier to make dead. Larisa will have to carry her if they want to move at that point, Digger and Bulldozer are down of the Killer Tesla Construction Equipment, but we don’t know how many more are up. At least one, clearly.
Sandra dies! Larisa then takes her contract to the devil and forces him to bring her back to life and let her out of her soul swap. Or better, Larisa gets devil to show her God’s (or angels’) contract and finds a flaw there that bring Sandra back, etc.
Well, that sense of confidence didn’t last very long…
Two angels, two remaining rockets. Just sayin’ …
There’s holy water for demons, wolfbane and silver bullets for werewolves, crosses and wooden stakes for vampires … What do you use when you want to zap an angel? Pizza???

Well he was talking about this particular arc and this particular cliff hanger… i did say that in a long run you don’t win much, but in this particular case Novil and Powree actually released 3 pages on the same day and released officially only 1, so it does increase pace sometimes.
Thursday: The comic has a name change
Oh don’t you dare “Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy text game brick to the head no matter what you do” me.
A thought struck me (pun!) although not quite like that…
If Sandra is clinically dead but is revived, technically the angels will have accomplished their mission.

Fire, obviously. Or smut.
As I’m sure you’ll agree, Larissa can do both quite well.
@ Whirlwound:
Hmmm, by the way it bounced, it has to be a very light peace of cast, not concrete.
Crunch.
Mission failed, we’ll get them next time
@ Mykel Darren:
Well, angels I would think use fire quite a bit as a weapon, and have a resistance to it because of that. I would say that angels have little physical weakness but, in pokemon terms, are weak against ghost and psychic attacks. Angels in this comic seem a bit like they’re supposed to be somethibg like worker bees and could be expanded to have a “hive mind”. Disrupting the angels’ connection to it by making ghose and psychic attacks may disrupt their ability to respond to further attacks. Maybe have the Devil’s hackers disrupt a key angel and make it hesitate, allowing Sabdra to escape to the safe zone?
That’s one way, if you really want the angels to be weak to something
