I hope people will get the double meaning of Sandra’s sentence. It’s such fine line to walk on between too obvious and not obvious enough.
- Zoey: I think I have a stalker!
- Sandra: It’s horrible what mental illness can make a person do.

So is it imagination or what?
Well, I think Sandra’s comment was about the stalker… 🙂 But so far no new name among the tags. But it looks like a rather nerdy boy from what we can see so far… Probably the very exact opposite to what attracts Zoey. But perhaps he has a sister…
Its Gilligan, look at the tags =)
Maybe the stalker is one of the readers… Probably not.
I think there might actually be a triple meaning:
1. That mental illness can make one a stalker
2. That only someone mentaly ill would want to stalk Zoey of all people
3. That Zoey is crazy for thinking that someone would want to stalk her
im not convinced zoey would go strait to sandra with this, even in a panic surely theres other kids at school to run to. i even find it more realistic shed run past sandra to find more competent help. considering her reaction to sandras “finding herself” arc. i do except that a panic can override all of this, not saying its impossible im just not really convinced with it
Many cases of stalking could be easily cured with the “coon treatment”.
Problem is that most therapists don’t have a raccoon assistant on hand.
Seemed like a perfectly straight-forward double entendre to me . . .
…next on “Sandra and Woo”…
Narrator: … and Gilligan´s last words were “Please, Zoey, help me to win Michelle’s heart!”
Oh, did I spoil the plot?
Yeah, they’re called readers.
Her, or the stalker? 🙂
Break out the bear traps and ready the remote pit doors. No sleeping for Zoey tonight.
Exactly as planned *Sandra off scene paying said stalker for post-election revenge.
@ Breja:
4. that Zoey would go to Sandra for help
Noooooo! Not a … SHY BOY! *dun dun duuuuuun!*
(Yes, I remember that she’s not into boys–shy boy doesn’t, though.)
If if weren’t got the name tag, I’d have thought the stlaker’s name was Waldo/Wally/Walter without a striped shirt or a hat.
Be fair Sandra, one has to get to know Zoey before her less pleasant aspects become apparent.
Because they’re STALKING her, or because they’re stalking HER?
Ok, was really mean from Sandra. Really mean but hilarious.

Hmmmm … Could be.
And we’re back to the standard content of girls with sass being sassy… Oh, who am I kidding? There are no exceptions to what’s “standard content” in Sandra and Woo.
@ rei rei:
5. That Sandra is actually thinking about helping despite their history.
Sounds like a case for Sandy South (and her more reasonable yet somehow less effective partner Qoo)!
She found Wally!

I thought of 1) and 3) when reading the strip, but now I’m not sure at all that what Novil meant.
It’s obviously a reverse-pentuple-entendre.
To protect yourself from stalkers, surround yourself with dangerously stupid but well-intentioned people. Then get a few lawyers. Easy!
Muhahahaha!
You have a stalker.
I don’t!
You do!
You’re going to die!
It’s obviously at least twins – notice the different shirts (one is collared and one is non-collared). Imagine the hilarity that will ensue.
@ Quoodle:
so… zoey has a twin too? lol clothing changes in this comic
@ Kotih:
Uh… no… This guy is following her throughout multiple DAYS -_-
I appreciate that Zoey is going to Sandra for help tho? Character development – as much as she hates to admit it, Zoey knows Sandra has a good head on her shoulders 🙂
@ CrescentScript:
yes i was pointing out why the twin theory i was replying t didnt make sence
@ CrescentScript:
Plus, they had that bonding moment during the contest. Nothing like the fear of Larisa to make people realize their differences are trivial.
Come now, Sandra. Even paranoids can have real stalkers!
I am praying you handle this tactfully and carefully, being stalked is not a joking subject usually, this is a good start, I “think” i am being stalked, someone who is for the initial start isnt sure, this does look like over a time period not all on the same day due to Zoeys change of clothes and shoes.
Some people have commented on how shes telling Sandra, this is an indicator of just how worried she is, she will approach someone she loathes maybe because if Sandra thinks shes nuts it doesnt matter or merely shes scared and she only sees Sandra on the street that she actually knows and thats preferable to talking to a stranger.
Breja’s comment is correct, there are 3 meanings.Breja wrote:
(Theory) what if it’s something serious. Zoey seems to be doing activities that are fun and enjoyable, and the guy seems to be silently enjoying her happiness from the nodding (at least I think it’s nodding) so what if he is some type of therapist, quietly observing her behavior and hasn’t introduced himself. So my question is: does Zoey have some mental illness depression maybe? Or course this is only a theory
Munchausen, right?
Love that Sandra is being the snarky one for a change.
