As revealed a few strips back Gilligan was a fan of several ‘ships, none of which came to pass. I read that as foreshadowing.
It does make me sad that my personality and orientation make me ill-suited for corrupting the youth.
But I suppose everybody has their own role in life.
Awwwwww. This was just a genuinely cute strip. If this is all revealed to be a dream like a lot of people are theorising I’m gonna be disappointed.
That being said Gillian needs to get out the picture. He’s getting creepier by the strip.

Or do you mean that the character interested in “corrupting the youth”, who owns fictional drawn works (lets just hope that cat-girl dakimura-wannabe of Zoye wasn’t from some photo, or Gilligan has some serious explaining to do…) of underage people skimply clad, who feels he’s entirely right and doing everything right despite numerously being pointed otherwise just because a number of people agree with him, but who is also capable of doing lots of good if he didn’t just flip from help to chaos every so often and would perhaps get along with his fellows far better if he merely took it just a tiny bit easier with all the heavyhandedness and outright zeal towards certain tooics…
Was also just and only inspired by the person asking Zoye to get a girlfriend?

ITT- more prudes freaking out over fictional light perviness (ew! teens kissing!). Hell, if this is enough to get them worked up, better hide all the anime before they get cardiac arrest. I’m grateful that Novil hasn’t self-censored in an effort to appease the complainers throughout the long life of this comic.
Seriously, I can’t believe some readers think having a dislikable character that makes them uncomfortable is something bad that shouldn’t be there. What? I can hardly comprehend the line of thought. It’s like peering over an author’s shoulder as he writes and telling him “hey, cool story and all but what’s with that asshole villain ruining everyone’s day? take him out his morals make me uncomfortable.”
And that’s regardless of putting them in a sympathetic light or not. I guess some people just want to bury their heads underground and pretend the world is only whatever they’re comfortable with. That’s fine and all, but the nerve and self-entitlement of trying to drag others (especially artists) into it disgusts me.

Sorry, but 13 year old boys have those kinds of problems is pretty much normal.
Source: I’ve been a 13 year old boy once. And I do remember how embarrassing that could be.
In fact, if I remember that very strip correctly Cloud was VERY embarrassed himself, which is pretty much the natural reaction of a 13yr old caught having a boner.
13-16 is pretty much the age were your body does things you don’t always want to be happening and you don’t always know how to deal with. That’s part of why teenagers tend to be such a handful, I guess.

Honestly I consider people freaking out about kissing for the elder gods sake … worrisome, if some people are that repressed that they automatically consider that something sexual I can only shake my head about that.
As for the strip we have seen weirder stuff but this do feels a lot like some kind of dream sequence. Guess the next one will answer that.

2. That an adult has to ‘help,’ in the way that Giligan did is despicable, but if he has an objection with Zoey is pedophi|ia, or ephebophi|ia, not only is it a crime, it is a disgrace for society. Giligan is a sexua| depraved. Present it as part of the ‘good ones.’ Bad work, it could even be punishable.
