After the Boxing Day Tsunami, the Indian government was concerned that the entire population of the island had been washed away. So they sent some Army helicopters to investigate.
The islanders, who were very much alive and well, came out and threw spears at the helicopters. Seeing that, the Indians happily waved goodbye and flew away.

You know if you had +3 charisma +5 intelligence and -7 strength you could have done the fake sandtrap death then went out the north wall with a disguise and gotten the Fakers ending.
