It’s probably about the whole ‘rich but alone and/or can’t trust if people are real or just after money’ thing.
But while you can’t straight up buy happiness, being able to pay your bills without having to work your ass off makes it so, so much easier to actually pursue happiness.
Anger gave you energy, the trick is to control the flow of it…

It’s something broke people have been telling themselves for decades. You never hear it from the mouth of a wealthy person. The freedom of time and choices and quality of life having more money than you need is considerable.
Money may not buy happiness directly, but it sure frees up a lot of your time, attention, and options, to go look for it.
