Re: Gaia, after First Look

I made a first look at the Gaia at http://www.mangamagazine.net/. I found out that there is page 83 and 84, so they are two pages ahead from the http://www.sandraandwoo.com/gaia/.

My question is, will it stay that way and how often will it be updated?

Re: Sephiroth

Anyone else think that a Sephiroth character would be interesting? Nooooooo... But to be honest there is no reason to introduce this character. Sandra and Woo have little use of enemies type of character. Zoe, the mean girl is more of a victim rather than enemy of the group. The bad guys are more l...

Re: Shadowdancers 007

These guys are ancient history anyway. So we shouldn't bother about them.

They won't replace Illias, Lilith and others (I think they won't).

It's just a reference, a very nice touch :)

and... does Tolkien have the monopoly on teams with Elf, Dwarf and Human?

Not so much :)

Re: Gaia, after First Look

It's good, although we have seen not many strips. There is still a place for an epic failure. I like this fantastic setting, magic used in everyday life (this living statue is the only example so far) and some kind of evil plot in the background. The only thing I didn't like was the duel between San...

Re: Calendar of Gaia

Sounds very fantastic, even thou it's just simple version of our own calendar. I am guessing that there are four seasons like we have and they appear in the same way also. The naming of the months are nice, I like them. The only thing I think this calendar is lacking are the solstices and equinoxes,...

Gaia, after First Look

In this Topic we shall / will / would or not present our first reactions about Gaia. (Not about strips themselfs but after reading settings, cast and glossary). Short or long, positive or negative. Here goes mine. After reading everything, cast, settings and glossary I said to myself. We're not in t...

Not so much for an opinion...

Well Jirin , In my opinion while both of these webcomics have similar core idea, there is not so much similarity between them as we might think, little to say I view Ozzy/Millie show as perspective story (events are described by kids) and it works great for it's irrational world. While Sandra/Woo is...

Thoughts

That's obvious Jirin, but sometimes hard to understand.
But back then it was just fallout from certain strips: 159, 160 and 161.
After reading these I had my doubts (not that they would matter anyway) about topics on Sandra and Woo and cast's age. Today I say. To heck with it.

Not the right left.

That's obvious, I guess you create the story for the characters rather than characters for the story (A place for mistake here). The story of Empress would never happen after all, If Sandra was more adult. But anyways, thanks for answer ;]

Why did you choose to make "main" cast so young?

I have one thing I must ask, it's stupid and not very deep thing but still. Why did you choose to make "main" cast so young? (11 years old after all). While they are all behaving like they were much older? I am sure that's not life or death nor existence thing but still it bugs me... why? ...

My favorite comic strips.

The must be: http://www.ozyandmillie.org/ The greatest of them all. http://countyoursheep.keenspot.com/ About Ship, girl and single mother. (Also no room for magic and wisdom of moo). http://dungeond.com/ Dungeon and Denizens - quite funny, also it's my first true netcomic I've ever read. http://nop...
