Our 666th strip is about
a shy girl trying on dresses and crying tears of joy.
- Sandra: Jennesta brought a couple of dresses for you.
- Jennesta: I designed them together with my aunt.
- Jennesta: Does it fit?
- Luna: Yes, and it’s wonderful.
- Jennesta: What about this one? Do you like it better with or without the ribbon?
- Luna: I… I can’t tell.
- Jennesta: Why not?
- Luna: Because my eyes are full of tears.

Such a heartwarming story arch.
🙂
Besides, it is not sure 666 is the number of the beast. Some say it may be 616. But, as someone else said: God seems to not be so interested in numerology XD
I love this arc. And I needed something like this today. Thanks.
I won’t lie. This is starting to bring tears to my eyes. This is a really nice story arch.
This arc is so touching. I love it!
Also, There should be a poster/Wallpaper version of the “Deal with it” image.
That’s just beautiful.
Beautiful story arch.
I’ve gotta say, both dresses look great on her. (I prefer the first one over the two, but I won’t deny that the two look excellent.)
LOL… what so bad about 666th being about a shy girl?
Well played, sir and madam. No objections here.
I love this Story arch.
Diabolical!
The feels!
(This is why I read this stuff)
Luna is not on the characters list.
Could be worse. The 666th strip could have been about someone selling their soul to the devil for a glass of lemonade.
Well, she’s looking in a mirror, while showing off a pretty outfit, like the woman in the Pride (Superbia) segment of Hieronymus Bosch’s painting The Seven Deadly Sins and the Four Last Things…
…and that’s all I’ve got. Worth a mention etc. – see you next week! >:=)>
I was wondering what would be so controversial about the strip that it needed a “Deal with it!” image, then I remembered the strip number.
Eh, whatever.
It’s nice to see all the characters pitch in to help a friend in need. This arc has been so touching. Moments like these make me glad I found this webcomic.
I’m waiting for Woo to bring her a fish . . .
666 was unexpected, so Deal with it.
And Happy Birthday to Mitt Romney and Ron Jeremy! Ron turns a wonderful 62 (the length of his penis in centimeters) and Mitt turns 68 (the number of lies he told on his campaign)
Moral of the story: the dress looks better with the ribbon.
Hi,
the dress is more pretty without the ribbon. 🙂
Greetings

So, what is in the b-
Oh, it was just a tease,
I never knew before that The Beast is a Stripper …
I always thought Pole Dancer.
666……. The Number of the Beast.

Just for your viewing.
Maybe the dresses are made out of satin, which is one letter away from Satan!
OMG the number of people misspelling “story arc” in here is driving me crazy.
Happy feels :’)
I’m feelin’ the feelsies!
I like this new Jennesta character. I hope we see more of her down the line

Commonwealth versus Americanized spelling.
Colour versus Color, Jewellery versus Jewelry, arc versus arch.
So, did you Patrons get any special secret Satanic comic sent to your email accounts?
I would say this is one of the best pages so far…though I’m not entirely sure why just yet. XP

I keep waiting for the other shoe to drop. Consciously, I think they’ll be fine, but I’m still antsy.
…jeeze, when did I get so paranoid?
@ Gaz Wilmbroke:
It’s not just a spelling difference. Arc and arch are distinct words with different meanings. An arch is physical structure, while an arc is a geometric shape. There may be Commonwealth vs American differences in usage. In this context “story arc” seems more correct for describing the classic plot trajectory from rising action to climax to falling action.
And the basic goodness in humanity prevails.
You know that little caption at the bottom reminds of two OOTS comics

Sorry everyone. Former teacher. Couldn’t help myself. Just another manifestation of my chronic hypererudition syndrome.
(hypererudition = an exacerbated proclivity for polysyllabic vocabulary)
@ Lookfar:
nyyyope. “Arc” is the same in America as it is in the Commonwealth.
It really is just bad use of English lol
A very fine way to use the Mark of the Beast~~~~
@ MawileCeyvis:
Thank you so much for bringing political sniping into this comment thread. I’m sure I’m not alone in thinking “what this place needs is a good political flame war”
Now… what color is the dress? 🙂
Ok…ok…I’ll stop.
I absolutely love the ‘deal with it’ image, and laughed for a good half-minute at it.
Well-said.
Sson!
Well I have to say Sandra looks great in the Deal with it…
Sandra should now get real sunglasses!
Not. Even. Mad.
