Overheard on Digg

Post by Novil »

Oh well, I would really like to read more good comic strips, but these two comments on Digg contain more than just a grain of truth. (At least concerning gag-a-day strips, I’m not interested in ongoing stories.)

The main entry was a strip about blogs with a similar punchline: http://digg.com/comedy/This_is_how_blog ... these_days

Yeah, it is sad but true. On sites like The Webcomic List, it can be really hard to sift out the few great items from the large amount of "I just discovered MS Paint"-style comics.

For a while there was a funny blog where the author really took pleasure in ripping bad comics to shreds.
