Improvements to published pages

- I have changed the dialog of San in the first panel of page 25 to: “A well-made forgery, created by Bhaal to deceive Eldor…”
- Page 16 is now finally available in color!
- I have improved the lettering of the pages 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 which were published during my Japan vacation.
- I added the missing transcripts to all pages of the current chapter.
