Actually, a toothpick can be quite dangerous to a dragon: https://www.irregularwebcomic.net/3089.html
Admittedly, iirc, said toothpick was actually a scrap of wood big enough for the dragon to use as a toothpick, but I couldn’t readily find the page where that was explained.
Given your toothpick is a rainbow knife, I think you odds are more on par with a sabercat.
