My comment for this page from Gaia: sic mundus creatus est:The scene conveys that something isn’t right with the inhabitants of Oakdale. However, this wasn’t really necessary at this point and the dialog is going nowhere. I considered removing these two pages from the comic several times.

No, you needed these pages in. The story needed some Big Obvious Clue or two. Ryns defilement of the archive and Lili’s seclusionment were probably normal. After the werewolf attack, who knows what’s normal? It’s not like Dyson being missing, being ignored, was going anywhere,
It would be better if it was going somewhere but it’s still better to leave them as-is rather than removing them completely.
