That must be her neck, just to the left of her sidehair, but with the angle and the fire-curl (lick of fire?) it still looks like a thumb- giving Lillith 6 fingers. 🙂

What should not be ignored are 2 things: Lilith casts 6 different spells in a short time (with the one on the previous page) without interruption. And she casts the spells in parallel, the shards (ice) and (electric) lightning in the first panel, then the (wind) blast and the energy arrows in the second … and certainly uses different elements. Any other opponent would have real problems deflecting these fast, completely different spells that are cast simultaneously.
