Askaroth, not Arcona. I have no idea what size is Askaroth, probably still big but not 1.5 million people.

Askaroth is Duchy. Province in the north west of Cania. Probably considerably larger than Aracona, but likely with less population. Of course, he said just “size of”, so the population is irrelevant.
