One should always expect the populace to be a bit unbalanced, today they love the government, tomorrow they want to replace it. and such little things as finding that they have been duped by the government can really tick them off.
In a setting with so much worldbuilding dedicated to its magic use, there’s something refreshing about seeing someone using their bear hands to strangle a man. I know that probably sounds weird and unhinged but it’s just another small thing that makes scenes like these come to life.

In a certain way, we have our kind of magic. Electronics certainly would be seen as such to someone from the 19th Century. But nothing beats making something with your own hands – even if it’s hacking with Arduino.
