The poor redshirt in the 4th panel. 🙂 He died a winner, but he still died. Maybe a guard shot him, and maybe he shouldn’t have worn the same colour shirt as the city guards.
I honestly quite like that we just keep seeing other, more minor characters around. Clearly, this dude is atleast somewhat important in this area, so having him instead of another main character do things adds to the world as a whole!
