If I look hard enough I can just see hints of Ilias on the move in panels 4, and in position and closing in panel 5. In retrospect I can see them obviously, but I missed them on the first read. Once I got to the last panel and then read backwards, I can pick them out.

And it’s awesome to have “Bubble Dream” make another appearance. I like that spell.
You can’t trust the useless joke spells. They’re always the most damaging, once someone figures out how. A knife to the head in the middle of a assumed to be private duel? In the middle of a street action riot. Niven took his eyes off the real action.
