I think the only problem with her dress in this scene is that it’s the same colour as the sheets.
Vivi appears uncomfortable in her dress, it’s not her usual style.
But I think it illustrates how she feels, uncomfortable and awkward with her “new” body, and her new role (queen of all Gaia, that’s a lot).
