I guess. Must be a popular game, like the Sims, if she can expect people to get those references.
Given that they were some of her memories that were broadcast by San and Ilias while unconscious, I suspect everyone as at least a basic exposure to it, regardless of whether they played it or not, so can probably get the references since she is talking about how they know she will do those things, presumably since she did them in game.
