Just to show that Lili isn’t the only one with plans and an overabundance of confidence… Let’s give Lili an artifact she has never had the chance to learn to use, and then jump off a very high roof together! Lili doesn’t even have shoes on. I know there’s safety reasons she doesn’t have shoes when she is being kept in her room under close watch, but I think at this point, given she can walk through walls and whatnot, maybe they should at least get her some slippers or something? On the other hand, who needs shoes when you can fly?
It’s a fun scene, and it is nice to see these lighter moments.
And I am always impressed by the artwork, the way different lighting effects are portrayed and add depth to the scene.

Lili needs this, she’ll never be the same after what she’s been through, but things like this will remind her of her friends love and support. They may never recover her “soul,” but with love and time she might fashion a new one for herself. Not by an act of hers or anyone’s, but through the goodness of her heart and the support she is given to recover. It’s bad enough for her to know what is going to happen, but even that heavy of thoughts could be closed off. Vivian did surprise her when she jumped off the roof with her!
