Many moons ago, while out camping with a friend, we decided on the spur of the moment to hike around a lake. It was about 35 miles and took ten hours; we weren’t in any hurry. Close to the end we had to step over a number of wires mooring boats to the lake shore in the dark, all shin high. We just about couldn’t step that high, we were so tired.
We were young – healthy and dumb. But it was a beautiful walk.
50 km. I didn’t realise how outlandish the distance was on my first read through. A healthy human would take a whole day to walk that far.

Yep! It’d take at least 10 hours of constant walking, likely closer to 12 with rests.

50km is a long way on prosthetics for Vivi.
