My comment for this page from Gaia: sic mundus creatus est:I had always planned for Bhaal to have a humanoid “true” form. But I don’t think she ever appeared in such a concrete form in front of Eldor.
In the character sketch, Powree drew Bhaal a bit too sexy for my taste, so I asked her to reduce the amount of visible skin. But I was really fond of the general design of Bhaal’s dress.

Bhaal is a female?!?
“Oh no, she’s hot!” At least this proves the existence of Bhaal. Gaia isn’t getting that sort of treatment. Of course, Lillith is skipping the warm-up form and going right to the This is My Final Form!

I must admit, Bhaal does look very impressive. I think you made the right call dialing back the skin. She doesn’t need to look like a succubus in order to convey a sense of power, confidence, and unfriendliness. In fact, I think it makes her more intimidating that she doesn’t need or want to do so. She looks good, but looking good isn’t her purpose, it’s just a side detail.
Why would she show/disguise herself as a Monster?
