Looking back at some crucial pages, I failed to make it clear enough that Gaia sacrificed herself for the creation of the Tear of Gaia. That’s probably better solved by adjusting some existing dialog lines during the remastering of the story.
philomory	I’m a bit interested in why Eldor used consistently male pronouns for Bhaal, but Bhaal’s “true form” was feminine. Did Eldor not know? Is gender just meaningless for gods?	I guess Bhaal chose to mainly appear in male or neutral form, at least to Eldor. I don’t think Bhaal manifested herself in such a concrete form to Eldor at all. I will probably explore this topic in a panel or two in the epilogue.
philomory	I’m also sort of interested in what happens to al, the rest of the Elves. They all seemed to be going along with Eldor, though who knows how much most of them knew about the details of his plans.	That’s indeed worth a mention. Since Eldor had many followers, they probably feel much more reserved about the new natural order.

Is Bhaal not gendered in a traditional way, since he/she appeared as a women in his/her “true form”?	The Settings page describes the world of Gaia from the point of view of a commoner. It’s not meant to depict the truth™.
Marteri	And was this the prisoned Bhaal that we saw, still in the prison?	Yes, Bhaal was definitely not able to roam freely on Gaia.
Marteri	What brought about the change in the Dalelands after the “explosion”? I have even been speculating about if they returned in time to before the dark age and before Bhaal was imprisoned? So I am rather curious!	Lilith restored the Dalelands. She had some time until her friends woke up again.
Marteri	And please, what did Lilith do when she “rammed a dagger into the arrow of time” in Oakdale? Should we have been able to figure that out ourselves?	At that point, she didn’t know what exactly she had done. But she’s referring to the moment where she made Eldor write 12 instead of 13, which ultimately allowed her to cast time-related spells in Eldor’s tower.
Tim	Eldor seems to have needed both Lilith and San’s souls for the soul sphere. It looks like he may have done something with Viviana’s soul as well, when he performed surgery on her, but I was never quite sure. She wasn’t a magical prodigy, but was she actually a “touched one” along with the other two?	Viviana isn’t a “touched one”. But she was conceived at exactly the same moment which gave her a strong spiritual connection to both of them, especially to Lilith. Note how their souls dance around each other in Breaking All Barriers #156. Eldor performed surgery on Viviana to make it possible for her to leave the forest maze.
Tim	Eldor attacked San’s friend Elea to motivate her to do…something. Pursue revenge against the cult of Asmodeus at Osterrath? It seems that Eldor had always planned for Lilith to break the time suspension shield for him; what, then, was the purpose of San’s “training?”	San’s magical energy was needed to charge the soul sphere.
Tim	Finally, will there be an explanation of the old witch and Lilith’s three wishes?	The dream is a direct reference to one of my favorite scenes in the classic role-playing game Planescape: Torment. The dream conveys that something is wrong with Lilith and that the revelation will be unpleasant.

Mr.Pointer	who really was the old woman in Lili’s dream and who, or what, triggered that dream.	It’s a generic old hag, not a specific character. See my answer to Tim’s question above.
Mr.Pointer	Eldor specifically talked about “protective mechanisms” of Gaia (maybe Isaac’s, rather), I think the point that Eldor overlooked entirely Ryn’s investigations needs an explanation.	It’s made clear in the comic that Eldor is already fully occupied with training Lilith and the construction of the tower.
Mr.Pointer	Viviana’s life also needs a deeper explanation, of course how they discovered the shadowkeep, maybe Eldor’s hand again?	It’s shown in The Tower In The Sky #25 how Gradus’ group found the Shadowkeep.

Mr.Pointer	San’s life (and how she became Savos’ lover) too. In this case, Eldor had a large hand, so it is also needed. I wonder if it is possible to “resurrect” her, at the minimum Savos would be eternally grateful.	Resurrection is completely impossible on Gaia.

alercah	How much of what Eldor told Vivian was truth?	There certainly was some truth in it, and Eldor certainly believed it to be the truth. How much of it was actually true™ is left open for interpretation.
Raven	How exactly did Lilith absorb the Tear of Gaia? I’m still trying to figure out where and how that happened.	The Tear of Gaia was merged with her soul in The Bipartite Mind #37 and then reunited with her body in The Bipartite Mind #42.
Raven	You said that Lilith used the time distortion to train. How long did she train to be able to cast Ultima?	A very long time. I will reflect on this in more detail in Gaia: sic mundus creatus est.
Raven	What happened to Ryker’s poor parents after their son was killed?	Nothing unusual I guess. They will be featured briefly in the epilogue.
Raven	How is Savos doing since San is dead?	Probably not too well. He will be featured in the epilogue.
Raven	Exactly how did Lilith plan everything out four steps ahead of Eldor, and was there any hint besides “12 instead of 13” that Lilith knew red magic?	Lilith knows only one Redstream spell, Niko’s Strict Order, which she learned in The Bipartite Mind #19.
Raven	How great was the damage done to Greendew after the collapse?	Well, the damage was extremely severe were the Great Tree landed. The other parts of the city are completely fine apart from a couple of buildings that Bahamut burned down.
Raven	Does Oakdale get rebuilt after everything that Eldor did to it?	I don’t think it’s a matter of the heart for Lilith or Viviana. But if the villagers want to rebuild Oakdale, they probably wouldn’t stop them either.
Raven	How exactly do those weird meat trees work?	Like fruit trees.
Raven	How many elves were working for Eldor, and what became of them and the elf society as a whole?	Eldor was basically the dictator of Ysdar, so there was never a shortage of workers. But excellent engineers, unlike meat, don’t grow on trees. I will briefly mention the elves in the epilogue, but the whole elfish society was just not within the scope of the story.
improvius	Sorry if I’m forgetting a strip or two, but did we ever see or hear anything about the Buffin family after Ryker’s (presumed) death? That always seemed like it would have been a particularly painful loss for Vivi and Ilias, but I don’t recall them addressing it after The Fall.	Ilias and Viviana briefly talked about Ryker in The Last Queen Of Gaia #18 and Viviana again thinks about him in The Last Queen Of Gaia #22. Ryker’s parents will be featured briefly in the epilogue.

Shorts	Did San de Vertis have to die? It seems like she may have tried to stop Lili from starting the fourth age, and Lili seemed incredibly remorseful about her death.	It feels safe to say that San had to sacrifice herself to save Viviana.
Shorts	What are the Elves up to? Surely they’ve noticed the incredible disturbance. Are they going to continue being a hermit kingdom?	The elves will be briefly shown and mentioned in the epilogue. But ultimately, the story of Gaia isn’t about the elves.
Kitsune	The thing I actually want to know is how the future is connected to past, and what happened with San. She was the one that guided Vivi earlier. Is she alive, then? Will she be rescued? Or how does she showed Vivi the way. She was literally saying to come after her. So it’s like she was guiding her intentionally. So… will she do it in the future?	San was alive when she entered Viviana’s Shadow Realm to rescue her, but was then killed by the shadow creatures since she was unable to leave the location.
Pmark	Explaining how all the visions happened would be great, starting with the voice Viviana heard at her parent’s graves. Who was arranging for all those.flash forwards and flash backs?	I want to leave it open to interpretation if they were sent back in time deliberately by Lilith when she absorbed the Tear of Gaia, or if they happened as an involuntary side effect. Maybe a mixture of both?
Pmark	Did Cassius Livy get his money for helping them with the projectors?	Cassius will be briefly featured in the epilogue.
Pmark	What was the point of felling the Great Tree?	In The Way Back Home 192, Eldor says that the attack weakened the Spirit Source sufficiently to allow the destruction of the time suspension shield.

Pmark	Oh, and one thing that was never explained, How did our noble party afford to live in Oakdale all those weeks and not run out of money?	They were prepared for a journey and brought more than enough money with them. Viviana and Ilias were running out of money in Greendew, though.
Some CreepyGuy	Does “Reto’s book about Bhaal’s spiritstream” have any significance? San seemed to make a deal of sealing it away instead of burning it in TLQOG 24- 25.	It supports Eldor’s argumentation, which isn’t in San’s interest.

The heroes were surprised too, including Lilith. But a person simply falling through the Source has no ill effect on it. That’s why you also can still eat something after a protection shield has been cast on you. There are some exceptions, though.
Some CreepyGuy	San seemed to just “pop up” out nowhere. A bit more backstory, perhaps at her wake?	Showing more of San’s backstory would have slowed down the story too much. I don’t think it would be overly interesting. She was a magical prodigy and became a member of the Church of Gaia early in her childhood. She then went out on quests to fight the enemies of the Church.
Matt	What happened to San in the end? I know she’s probably dead, but in that case, what was with the time-ghost of her Vivi saw in the shadowkeep?	San is dead. The ghostly appearance in the Shadowkeep is based on her actions in the last minutes in Viviana’s Shadow Realm.
Matt	Also, what happened to the dwarves? And what about the creatures that became the demons?	It feels safe to say that both the dwarves and avariel are long dead.
Matt	Could Lilith somehow recreate those races now that she has Gaia’s power?	Maybe. But not without thinking long and hard about such a risky step.

Me-me	What about the source was “shielded” by the time suspension shield, if we could just physically access it in the Shadowkeep?	The Source room (aka Sanctuary) was not part of the Shadowkeep. The Door in the Shadowkeep isn’t a normal door, it’s a portal. The time suspension shield only prevents actually harmful magical attacks. That’s why Ryn simply fell through it.
Khaisz	Why was Ilias told “The word you are looking for is kill, don’t tell anyone” and then it was instantly forgotten and never brought up again.	The word “kill” is extremely important for the dialog in The Bipartite Mind #31. But I won’t explain this in more detail as it’s not too hard to figure out.

But she certainly wasn’t playing with open cards in the last chapters either. That becomes clearer when rereading the story. The Complete Gaia will be an excellent opportunity for that! ;)
