I originally thought it was referring to that disease she has but her being a succubus makes more sense now.

Her tongue actually predates her selling her soul to Satan (first part of that arc was strip #802, snake-tongue was about 40 strips before that)… unless the effects are retroactive.
Speaking of condition, does Larisa still have Wolfram Syndrome?
If yes, would she become a true succubus upon dying?

I suppose you could conjecture her macroglossia is a result of congenital defect stemming from her Wolfram Syndrome, but it’s probably more for comedic effect than anything else.
Definitely from her being a succubus. And her being able to… bend physics for carnal pleasures, like smooching Landon while grounded… or some chocolate ice cream.
When the time comes, in about 8 or 9 years, and if they are still together, Landon, will love that condition. Sorry I do not know what happened to me,

As for succubus-in-training, I think #933 mentioning Larisa as «future senior manager» implies that the promotion from #808 («There’s a special place in hell for people like you! Namely, the Board of Directors!») is in effect in this plot line and #819 «You want to become a successful succubus after all, don’t you?» is a one-off.
