- Sandy South: I didn’t find a golden egg, only a rubber monkey, a guacamole bowl and a canister of liquid wax for hair removal.
- Tourist info guy: Have you tried combining the canister of liquid wax for hair removal with your furry companion?
- Sandy South: No, not yet.
- Qoo: !
- Sandy South: Thanks for the hint!
- Qoo: Stay away from me!!
- Qoo: ARGHH
- Tourist info guy: However, this may just be an amusing Easter egg…
OUCH.
That’s gonna leave a mark.
Huh, you know I don’t think there’s been a strip where Woo gets shaved in any way. Usually that’s a pretty common gag in a lot of series with a furry character.
I remember endlessly attempting to use a laundry wire to pack a box which would be sent by an post-Eagle…
for days… then I found out its necessary to use a knife to cut piece of that wire first…
In the most pure Lucasarts fashion… When you are stuck, you start combining random items just to see if anything works.
Is the golden egg a reference to Ready Player One?
Is this a reference to one of the Gabriel Knight games? I vaguely recall a puzzle that involved using a cat to create a fake mustache.
What’s the easter egg? It turns you into Ozzy and Millie of course!
Woo: You just spoke in front of another human.
I would perfer to use WOO on that smiling guy ala max on the damn cat.
Okay, that’s just cruel.
@ Grijan:
Wait, LucasArts or LucasFilm? 🙂
(I have played Monkey Island though, funny but frustrating.)
Woo turns out to be Danny DeVito in a racoon outfit…. and has been all along.
@ Korakys:
Definitely LucasArts. Those mind-blowing (in more senses than one) adventures were published under the LucasArts label.
Needs more Chuck the plant.
@ Grijan:
The first adventures (Maniac Mansion, Indiana Jones and the last crusade, Zack McKracken, the first Monkey Island) were published under the previous LucasFilm Games label. It was renamed to LucasArts in 1991.
This is staring to look more and more like a nightmare.
But who has it?

Indeed. Raccoons look all fluffy and cute but they have some nasty claws. I definitely admire Sandy’s foolhardy recklessness….wait, admire is the wrong word.
Do not confuse a hairless raccoon with a chupacabra!

What an evil, evil taskmaster. As i recall, raccoons can be quite the handful. What if Sandra ends up waxed, eh? Shiny hairdo… kind of a new experience, hehehe
Have you seen this boy, Maggie Brink is alive. The Dig a game made a game because the CG wasn’t up to making it a movie.
When they said furry companion, I first thought they were referring to the monkey.
ah, good old point and click puzzles … just wrapped rerun of deponia games myself (and have to say I had kinda forgotten how far humour on em goes but 3rd certainly goes far further)
@ ThePirate:
Or Goblet of Fire?

I doubt any of this is real, anyway…
