Hitomi is Japanese, a nation that has a – how do I say – different outlook on these things. I’m not saying it’s better or worse, but it’s certainly very different. I’m surprised tentacles aren’t involved yet, or pantie shots.
But she is right when it comes to cat ears. I cannot imagine any woman who would be improved by cat ears. 🙂
I mean… she’s not WRONG. Not saying Sandra should be exploring that appeal quite yet, but showing up in the bedroom in just an accessory has never failed to get my boyfriend’s attention (nor has him showing up in just an accessory failed to get mine.
I wonder if Hitomi is speaking from experience? Richard seems to have had the same experiences…

It’s not quite that simple. The 13 age of consent if Japan national law. In addition, most prefectures have there own law with higher ages. So it depends on where you are.
It’s actually the same in the US. Federal law sets an age of consent at 16. But many states have laws that set age of consent to 18.

As for Sandra, if she wants to drive Cloud crazy without getting totally age inappropriate, she could just combine the cat ears with the maid costume. Just imagine what she could convince him to wear! (Might want to have a transfusion standing by, though.)

I think Richard was meaning it in a sense where, the cat ears thing was a little too addicting like a drug and he wanted to save Cloud from sorta falling into a deep trance not realizing what he’s doing.

Personally, I think Sandra is more like a Raccoon Girl than a Cat Girl. Well, minus the trash eating part. Something tells me we may have a repeat of the time Woo stripped Sandra almost completely naked by shredding her clothes down to her panties. I’ll go get Tue popcorn and call the hospital to be on standby for when Cloud’s high blood pressure turns his nose into a blood geyser from extreme arousal and erection. Sandra’s dad will not approve of her (preteen) nudity in front of her (preteen) boyfriend.
I mean, tbf to Hitomi, in her culture they’re getting close to the age of consent where she’s from. It’s something 14-16 there. If both parties are under 18 that is, which I’m PRETTY sure they both are.

Like in the US age of consent is a state issue (prefecture in Japan) not a federal issue. The Japanese constitution sets 13 as a FLOOR that the age of consent can’t be lower than, but IIRC all prefectures set it significantly higher than 13.
