I want this arc to continue with a time skip to sunday – and neither Zoey nor Cloud nor Sandra should ever talk about saturday.
It would cause this thread to go on forever, discussing what could’ve happened or not.
Anyways don’t let your brains go wild that much – neither did they announce an orgy, nor did they even talk about having sex at all. It’s hinted but there’s no proof for anything sexual (yet) and knowing this comic so far, Novil won’t let them go that route.
It could even be that Sandra is trying to fool Zoey.

I believe it’s pretty clear Zoey wrote the Fanfic.
As to why she would include Cloud, it’s a fantasy fiction, Zoey could include Cloud in the story without interacting with him in it. We dont what the content of 011_ZSC_ValentinesDay_V2Final.docx contains other than it’s about Zoey, Sandra and Cloud. Whatever it is, it’s enough to steam up Sandra and get her to ask Zoey to join her and Cloud.
