- Bob Hayer: Yeah, whatever. Now get outta here! I have to clean up!
- Bob Hayer: Aww, aren’t you the most adorable little furball?
- Arcturus: Mmm.

*phew* glad that all turned out okay, why is he so mad scientist like even now though? I’m suspicious more is afoot.
@ Veradis:
I don’t think he’s mad scientist, more he’s afraid that someone will see that he’s getting all “lovey dovey” over Arcti.
@ Veradis:
@ W in FL:
Thank you, for preventing me giving in to my F1RST P0ST!! instinct.
I wonder if Arcturus will trust him enough to speak. Assuming he can.
It would be interesting if Sandra didn’t know the Doc knew The Secret and the Doc didn’t know Sandra knew.
“What! Bob Hayer’s known for two years that raccoons can talk and you never told me, Woo!”
LOL.
Thanks!
Be even better if the doc took Arcturus on as an assistant. He was just complaining that his hands were too large for some really delicate tasks. Raccoons have small hands and incredible dexterity. Woo has “Swiss Army” paws.

Not at all unusual for veterinarians to keep “pets” in the office.
Mr. Hayer’s face looks very different in the last couple of comics as opposed to the beginning of his entrance; it’s longer and/or thinner in the past two or three than in the first two.

i mean…. there is no need to be embarassed to melt of cuteness in front of people…..
i want to pet those racoons
ha joke’s on him – the little coon’s gonna tell everybody about this later~
New definition of “Awesome” –when something is so cute everyone who sees it says “Awwwww…”
Why the random Calvin and Hobbes tag?
@ ratfox:
The use of ‘furball’ a common occurrence in Calvin & Hobbes.
It seems Arci has found a new home.
@ Jack:
INSTINCT!! *dabs*
Is this tagged “Calvin and Hobbes” due to the similarity in expressions?
No wonder this guy has a homeshop instead of working in an actual clinic. Letting dirty pet-relatives and possibly even dirtier petowners (some people just are more serious about their pets than themselves…) to be present during the operation and then throwing them out when the operation is done and the patient has regained consciousness… Thinking it should go the exact opposite…
Not sure if there’s The 101 of being a medical practitioner, but he should find out about that… 😛
Aww, so he is a softie! X3

That why we find babies and small children cute. Otherwise the race would have expired long long ago and actually never got started.
@ Edda:
Not only that, Raccoons are especially finicky about cleanliness instinctively, so such an assist might even be sanitary.
…I now have the mental image of little Arcturus in miniature scrubs and gloves. It’s adorable.
You just HAD to remind me of a certain other baby racoon with that “Calvin and Hobbes” tag, didn’t you?
Those middle panels are perfect
So, hmm. Wondering if we will see the divine retribution that Seeat… etc. offered the kits happening to that stupid cougar?
Panel 2 & 3 should really be animated!
D’aww.
