So San knows that there are dopplegangers, and that there are several of them. (And yet The Spooky Door turned out the way it did.) And Eldor is collecting offscreen people like the Shadowdancers. Eldor is a walking “red herring” generator.

Then why was the other gal able to cast spells to help the rescuers? Something feels off here.

Eldor put an absorber into San’s chest back in oakdale. So it’s probably not the place making her weak but the crystal thingy inside her. That’s why other magic users are not affected.
And I think San watched Lilly’s execution and they decided back then that it must’ve been a Doppelgänger. But I haven’t checked that page yet.
The Story about San’s death checks out with what her Doppelgänger in oakdale said about activating a trap in Aracona.
Okay I’m a bit confused. Is this the real San? What page did she supposedly “die”? I can’t recall a scene where her doppelganger dies. 🙁

But the incident itself is not covered in the story as far as I recall.
