My comment for this page from Gaia: sic mundus creatus est:Of course it hasn’t escaped Viviana’s sharp eyes that the guy looks exactly like King Savos. But she doesn’t believe it to be him in this context, so she assumes it must be somebody resembling him.

Have they met in person before, or is the only time she’s seen him in her vision?
Everybody wants to be in charge until they meet their coworkers/subordinates. Viv who was just charging around with no other goal than “Yah! Queen!” (tinfoil hat and cardboard sword?) meets an actual government person. Is this the first one who wasn’t trying to arrest her?

They haven’t, but this world has the magical equivalent of TV, and photos as well (see: newspapers). She’s seen him.
